“I came across their shampoo whilst staying at Westmorland Hotel, Lake District. I have thick stubborn hair and using the shampoo and conditioner has really helped the texture and shine,it also smells amazing without being overpowering. I have now repeated the order and plan to use it regularly.”

“The shower gel and diffuser oils are beautiful. The smell is amazing, just like a spa. I was really keen to support a small business with sustainability at their core. The only disappointment was that the packaging used to send me my items used plastic bubble wrap and lots of plastic tape. I'd like to see you move to plastic free packaging in the future. I applaud your move to refill items though and will look to make use of this feature in the future.”

“I was really excited to make my first purchase having tried the products in a holiday cottage. Sadly I’ve had the worst online and customer service experience ever. Such a shame at a time when we are asked to shop small. I feel very let down by behaviours of a member of staff and her rudeness towards me”

“I didn’t think a face oil would work, but this is light, absorbs well and my skin is very healthy and looks good. The product lasts well too. Plus I love the ethos of Puke Lakes. Making a product in the Uk, recycling packaging and supporting our environment.”

“I absolutely love the grapefruit and lemongrass diffuser, it lasts for ages too. I have it in my small toilet downstairs and this is the second one I’ve bought as everyone says it is beautiful. Definitely recommend ❤️”
