“I’ve been a customer of Pure Lakes for over six years now and can highly recommend their ethical and high quality products. I love that they aim to use ingredients that are kind to skin and don’t include any of the harsh chemicals that 95% of other skincare firms use. Gareth and Claire are really kind and lovely people who go the extra mile with their customer service. Oh, and their hand balm is the best thing I have ever used for dry hands. As someone who washes their hands a lot, it keeps them in great condition; it’s the only dry skin product I’ve used in my life that actually works! Try their stuff, you won’t regret it…”

“The refill policy is so easy and quite fun too. It always baffles the lady at the post office when I tell her the parcel contains an empty bottle. The products are returned very quickly. We have used the same box a number of times and hope to do so for many more to come. X x”

“Items arrived really quickly, wonderfully packaged in eco friendly packaging. I purchased the shower gel, shampoo, face wash and skin hydration cream. They all smell beautiful and I love that they only contain natural ingredients and I can send them back for refill so the bottles aren’t going to landfill.”
