“It’s so easy. Booked on line, turned up at car park and parked car as instructed. Boarded bus to terminal. On the return located bus stop to collect car, followed instruction to car. From landing at T5 to driving out of the car park 1 hour, so quick.”

“Use purple parking every time we fly from Heathrow as it’s convenient and effortless & value for money. Never had any issues and you’re never waiting long for bus to take or collet you from airport. Only thing I would say is I wish the girls were a bit nicer, not so blunt & a little friendlier.”

“All worked out great. The only slight hiccup was that the bar code didn’t scan at the barriers both ways but when pressing the help button the person on the other end was very friendly and helpful. We had the green parking option which is a 5 minute away from the terminal. I’m happy with the experience.”
