“No problems with transaction or quality. Be advised however; bearings ship usps requiring a signature. Which means a trip to the post office. which for many means time off a work and if you live in a rural area, a long trip to the post office. So much for home delivery.”

“The price was excellent and the delivery amazingly fast. The only thing is I kept getting emails as though the purchase had not been completed and offering me an additional discount if I went through with it. An annoying glitch in your system, which is otherwise just great. Thanks”

“Ordered on Wednesday, arrived on Monday in the USA. Not bad. One issue I have is that the paperwork indicates that the bearings are made in Germany but the box states country of manufacture is Korea.”

Thanks for the feedback. Just to clarify these are FAG bearings. They are a German company but now manufacture some of their bearings in Korea. Hope this clears up the confusion. Thanks for the order. Regards QBOL.

“Good service but took longer than expected to arrive considering 1st class post but could possibly be down to Royal Mail rather than slow dispatch. Free pen was a nice and welcome gesture. makes your custom feel appreciated.”

“Bearings what I needed, delivered very promptly, will use again. Do have query on whether they are actually stainless as they are magnetic but I guess they are ferritic.”

“I bought the 12" Round Lazy Susan turntable bearing, which arrived very promptly, thank you. I was very slightly disappointed that in operation, the race was rather noisy. I applied a small amount of lubricant which did help.”
