good delivery of soil driver was very helpful the soil was nice only one small complaint there was some glass in the soil which I had to remove when racking it as did not want my dogs my dogs getting it in their paws

turf quite good, easy to lay. topsoil ok, but large piece of tree trunk in it. Communication is a problem, not answering questions, not seeing the order was for sat delivery, etc.

Ordering was easy and telephone advice prompt and helpful. Had to phone to confirm delivery date - an automated advice would be good.

Having made my order received a call from service team explaining only half of my turf had been cut. They were very apologetic and my remaining turf was delivered first thing next morning. Things to go wrong, so it's all about how it's put right. Good service will use again.

Im no expert but it seemed very good. Only flaw was there were several fully grown weeds in the soil so had to remive these!

The products are very good. I ordered composted bark fines and mushroom compost. Both excellent.

I am afraid not positive. Appreciate there are significant problems at the moment, However i received a short delivery and despite repeated calls/messages i have not a satisfactory response. I would put this down to the significant Virus issues but i see below others have had similar problems well before this kicked off.

The products are great, the delivery was a disaster. I clearly stated in my order, in an email and over the phone that I needed 1 day notice to have laborers in place to accept the delivery; the driver called me saying that they were at my door and basically the company just ignored my request. Would not recommend unless you order small items where delivery is easy.

Good website easy to order things from it, the delivery driver was a great, 10 out of 10, top bloke. There was a problem with the delivery date and my item wasn't delivered on the day it was suppose to be delivered on. I phoned the customer service team and was told they would look into it and get back to me. After waiting most of the day they didn't call so I had to phone them back and all they really said was it was a system error and had to arrange another date, no real apology for the inconvenience. All in all the customer service was lacking and tainted the experience and as a result would think twice before ordering from them again, shame because the products not bad.

Quality of the soil was fair for leveling my lawn against a new retaining wall. Unfortunate that the delivery came at the end of the day (6pm) despite ordering next day delivery two days before (albeit after 1pm). Driver was helpful though and made an effort to place the bags in the most convenient location.

Ì bought a load of compost on the 24 th april delivery was good but when checking bank account i found i was charged twice but they dont believe me that i only had 1 delivery but if they check my order history they would i have reported to bank as tried phone email and have just got a reply as i am 424.0 pound down very very bad customer service

Only half my order arrived a day late at 4:30pm. Customer services did offer to deliver the rest of the order (the main part) on the following working day but I was already booked on another job for the following 2 weeks so caused great inconvenience to me and my client and lost me most of a day's work. I can of course accept errors but the company seemed to wash their hands of the mistake when I contacted them about why this happened. I would have been happy with a 'sorry for the inconvenience and here's £25 off your next order' but instead they sent "We do not require someone present at the time of delivery if there is somewhere safe flat and level to deliver. We are unable to offer any compensation for any labour costs or holiday, as we do not require a signature. We cannot be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances". That's not very reissuring if you're planning on ordering some garden materials for a certain day. They did rather belatedly offer a kind of sarcastic apology "Apologies for the lack of empathy. I do not by any means want to overlook the inconvenience caused to you" or maybe that's my interpretation. Another delivery date has been arranged later in month and this is the first order I've had a problem with from this company in 6 or 7 orders. Thought I should offer that as a balance!
