“I had a terrible experience with Qualtry. Although the knife itself is nice, I was charged the full cost of the knife when I had paid for it from groupon bucks.No one responded to my multiple queries for help. Do not buy this product from groupon and the kife and shipping and handling are over-priced.”

“Good quality, fast delivery and customer care but make sure you enter your Groupon code manually even though the site says it will be applied at checkout otherwise you will be charged full price. Customer care sS able to fix issue and refund the difference.”

“Easy to order and product arrived quickly. Monogrammed items were nice but one was not straight. Also, "free personalization" is advertised but there's a $7.99 fee, so not free as advertised.”

Hello Maria, our apologies for the confusion. The shipping was $8.99 and the personalization fee was $4.99 making it total $13.98.
