“I absolutely love the hand towels I purchased with my monogram! The quality of the towels is incredible; thick and plush. The monogram is beautiful and looks rich! So beautiful! I will be purchasing more for myself and it’s a great gift as well.”

“I have bought the embroidered hand towels twice, once for me and once for my mom for Christmas. Nice thick towels and the embroidery is great. I love them. I was disappointed they didn’t ship in time for Christmas, wish you all had a guarantee cutoff date, but we got them eventually and are happy.”

“This was a gift for my husband. Shipping took longer than expected but the quality and material is really well made. Very strong and durable, has 2 inside pockets and pockets on the outside too. My wears a size 14 shoes and the shoes fit inside fine. He loved it!”

“I placed my Christmas order in November & received a confirmation email. It never arrived for Christmas after several emails I sent . Finally they responded but I had to rebuy the gifts here in town. It was time consuming. But in the end they reimbursed me and all was well. Today I’ll deliver my Qualtry gifts. They are nice, as always!”

“I did not receive the 6 standard pillow inserts that I ordered. I was also charged 149.70 for them. I want a refund of the $149.70. I did get the 6 personalized pillow cases and I had to go to Walmart and buy pillows since mine did not come with the order.”

“I love Qualtry and they have excellent service. I have ordered many times through the years and have thus been very pleased with all orders. Only this time there was a chip in one of the cups I ordered for a business colleague. I would like to please have that replaced. I sent a message with this concern and have not yet received a response. I realize we are just getting over the holidays so it may not have been seen, I just hope it will not be overlooked.”

“Quality and product was great. I was disappointed that it said 2-6 days and that would have been perfect for the timing of our Christmas party but it took 9 days. Basically I shouldn’t have waited so I really can’t be upset with anyone but myself for real. But it has always been a win ordering from your company. Thank you”
