“problems started when the sales rep did not appear to know the engine size of vehicle, wanted 1.4 but vehicle was a 1.0 even after we were told its 1.4, only found out as we went to sign the paper work & once deposit paid, then could not even say what the interest rate was on a loan??, problems still went on even as we went to pick the vehicle up a week later and had to put up with a 1.5 hr wait as the vehicle had not been prep as agreed, then they could not say if the protective coating to pint etc had been applied EVEN AFTER WE HAD PAID FOR IT and still don't know!!.. “I was most impressed with the patience and courtesy shown by Darren Flight towards my sister who needed special attention with her purchase. He made sure that she got a vehicle that suited her particular needs and ensured she understood him. She is very pleased with the car and I would definitely come back again to purchase a car.”

“This is the second car I have bought from you, I have always been satisfied with your service ,the MOT reminders are very helpful. Staff have always been helpful and considerate which as I am deaf means a great deal. No complaints, hope to continue using your company for servicing and MOT with my new car.”

“Geoff at Quest Motor Group Braintree was incredibly helpful, very pleasant and went out of the way to ensure we got the car we wanted. Prices were fair and service was quick. We were able to test drive a couple of different cars, and the car we chose was turned around very quickly for us. A fault was found during the service which the team were really transparent about, and have reassured us that will be fixed swiftly as soon as the part comes in. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Quest and Geoff.”

“After visiting Quest Motors in Braintree where we were greeted by Rob Beckworth who was extremely polite, helpful and one of the bestProfessional Vehicle Salesmen we have encountered over the past 50 years we went ahead and purchased a Citroen C3 1.2 p/t Flair Nav. We collected the car this afternoon after it had been through the workshop and was presented in an immaculate condition with Rob explaining and demonstrating all the finer technical details before driving away. We were very impressed with the whole experience, pleased with the cars performance and look forward to many journeys in the future.”

“The sales manager was an absolute gent and helped me with my car purchase without being pushy at all. They also offer affordable warranty options. Finally they were happy to pick me up from Stansted Airport. Would recommend.”
