Can only comment on dealing with Richard Cowan ... felt that I could trust him and was not pressured in any way. Throughout the process he was professional and courteous and as a customer I felt valued.

Having recent interaction with both Service and Sales at the Braintree branch I can honestly state that you are always treated with professional attitude and respect. In the service team I have to say that Lee will always treat you as a customer and you feel valued and he will explain everything. Then in sales Bradley gives you the information and then smiles and lets you make the decision...no hard sales trying to sell a particular car but just gives facts for you to decide.

Great service from the first phone call to the day I picked my car up from the salesman Darren smith! He followed up my interest in a Ds3 prompt & efficiently! He told me everything I needed to know & was very knowledgable about the car & the finance he arranged for me!

From start to finish Ollie and his team where awesome, Ollie supported throughout the process and was superb when it came to trading in my current vehicle allowing me to purchase a newer car! highly recommend and worth the travel!

Very friendly and not pushy at all, we’re great keeping my two young children very entertained also. Very informative would defiantly recommend to anybody buying a new car here.

My husband dealt with the initial booking of a test drive (Cactus Flair), so I can't comment fully on his contact with Quest Motors; although I understand there were no problems. I took the test drive myself with Andrew Frost, accompanied by my daughter. Andrew was very patient with both of us, allowing us to time to familiarise ourselves with its functionality and features (apologies for alliteration) before driving away. We also had the benefit of a fairly long test drive, and we didn't feel at all pressured at any time. We decided to purchase the vehicle and, so far, communication with Quest Motors (Andrew and colleagues) has been excellent. Thank you.

The score reflects the after sales on the purchase of a new Citroen C3 Aircross that was bought in August 2018. I identified a flaw / defect on the front passenger door a few weeks after purchase It is a tear in the laquer. To cut a long story short. Citroen refuse to deal on warranty. I have since found out that Quest Braintree took delivery from Citroen 18-10-17. I purchased 2-8-18. So it was sitting around for 10 months. Plenty of time for the very small tear in the laquer. I have had some other issues that were resolved. But this is still on going months on !! The latest being that I pay for half the door repair!! So the Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on for me as regards to bodywork issues. Citroen does not want to know,and Quest want the customer to pay. I have had the door looked at by another Citroen dealer who has identified that the door is thicker painted in areas and in his opinion "overpainted". You draw your own conclusions.

From first visit to collecting the new car the advice given and service I received could not have been more informative and helpful. I felt that I had made a good choice in choosing quest motors and going forward feel confident being able to contact terry robson for support. It made a difference!
