“We are very pleased with the treatment we received from your team, at no point were we put under any pressure to buy or made to feel like we needed to take any optional extras. The car was sparkling when we arrived to collect it and we are very happy.”

“Gd. Afternoon mine was not the largest of purchase as you known how ever Simon the gentleman who looked after me and my husband (i am 83yrs young) showed a great deal of patience explaining in full all aspects of the car and the accompanying administration. “After meeting Matthew in your Braintree car sales I must say he is one of the most professional salesman I have come across. The whole morning was very easy to do our dealing together. Even when the battery would not start the car Matthew got the engine running very quickly and he said that he would get the fitters to see if the battery was ok or get a replacement. As you can understand I do not want any problems with the car not starting and Matthew made me feel ok with the outcome. Thank you all your professional help and I will certainly recommend you to any of my family and friends.”

I was helped by Terry Robson, who gave me some good advice, then made the buying process of the C3 and selling of my Mini very easy.
