“I felt like there could of been more explaining about what the car could and couldn’t do or maybe I should of asked more questions about the car as I didn’t realise the little things the car didn’t have, like no parking sensors or heated heats etc, it’s not a issue as I just assumed they would of been standard on a 2018 car, Still love the car though so only a minor point as otherwise very happy”

We do focus on the features and benefits of each car rather than what it hasn't got (e.g. heated seats, parking sensors) unless the customers states that they require a vehicle with specific features. Many brand new cars today still don't have some of the features you've listed, unless you go to a mid-top spec model. “Just purchased a used VW Golf convertible from Quest and am extremely pleased with their customer service and the whole process. Quest seem to only stock high quality used cars which I think are very competitively priced – my car was immaculate inside and out and a complete service history was backed up with a very comprehensive mechanical check, full service, 12 months MOT, and 3 months warranty (which we extended to their 2 years cover for a very reasonable price). Attention to detail and customer satisfaction was excellent and the very few minor items such as small paint chips were addressed as a matter of course. Lots of used cars out there ....... but why risk going anywhere else.”

“This was the first time dealing with Quest Motors, and what a pleasure it was. Oliver at Braintree was so helpful. The volvo i brought is excellent, as always it's always scary buying a used car but the advice Oliver gave me to protect my purchase was excellent. I totally totally recommend Quest Motors.
