“Though I carried out the purchase of the vehicle online, Darren confirmed everything the following day to my complete satisfaction. It is a pity that Quest Motor Group are closing the Maldon centre at the end of May. This will mean a two hour round journey to Braintree if we wish to continue using Quest.”

“Was a little concerned about dealing with a Company nearly 300 miles away from me, everything was carried out via the internet (viewing) and the telephone with Russell. It was a painless experience, including the delivery of the vehicle to my home address.”

“I was very impressed with Ollie who made us feel welcome, very professional and as much as we loved the car I had no intention in buying it on the 1st viewing, but he convinced me it was too good a car to risk deliberating on. Top guy”

“Very disappointed and upset to read on Facebook you are moving out of Maldon. I had only the same day ordered a new car. Was6told anything. When I called in the same afternoon told a letter in the post. Nothing! Feel very disappointed and let down! I certainly shouldn't have read this on social media!”
