“Very Impressed with the 12 x 6 Folding Match Goal. Purchased during it's promotion on sale at £149. I've always purchased Forza Goals until I saw these with a folding option, so far i believe they are a superior product, also offering an Anti Sag bar which is a must need. Had to deal with customer services prior to making the purchase, to discuss the delivery charges. They adjusted the invoice accordingly to my benefit, to avoid paying higher delivery charges and to apply a discount code to a separate item purchased on the same order. Overall very helpful and accommodating.”

“Great bench with shelter, takes only few mins to set up. Although on a windy day it might be better as two person job. It’s quite big but will be a perfect addition for our U13s girls team on a rainy days.”

“I had a very slight issue and it was dealt with quickly and better than I ever thought. Really easy to use set up and set down the goal, literally 90seconds up and 90 seconds down and into the carry bag. Would recommend the goal to anyone. It's fairly light as well so easy to carry from home to the local parks.”

“Whilst I very much like the products sold by QUICKPLAY their Customer Service is atrocious. I purchased 2 items a goal and a rebounder 2 weeks ago and immediately decided I didn’t want the goal . Within an hour of receipt I contacted QUICKPLAY by email requesting a return as required. I immediately received an automatic reply saying they were busy with high volumes of queries and would get back to me when they can. 2 weeks later and 2 further chases and I’m no nearer to talking to a human being to sort out my specific return. Unfortunately they neither supply a contact phone number nor an alternative email address . I think their Customer Support is woefully under resourced and processes out of date.”

“Product is perfect for me. Service contact for me was a bit questionable because I asked for a small discount and know everybody could give a bit, answer was no and after I ordered I even found a coupon but couldn't use it anymore. So for a order of 500+ bucks other shops I use would give some discount. Last thing that was crazy was that my 1 Order was shipped in 10 different packages. Don't know if this is because of the stupid (sorry) fact, that UK is not in the EU anymore but the German Zoll for 10 Orders was more than confusing for me. This maybe sounds more harsh than I mean it but you asked and I wanted to tell it. All in all I appreciate the possibility to get your product shipped to me but long term I think a great solution would be an agreement with Blazepod to use them for shipping to EU. Thanks”
