The actual phone appears to be fine but the communication post purchase and subsequent delivery service was poor and incredibly long winded. It took well over 10 days for the phone to arrive.

It has taken 3 weeks for this phone to arrive. The colour I specified was not in stock and I had to contact them to find this out. I agreed another colour could be sent. In total there has been 8 e-mails to get this phone !

The phone I got didn't work which was very disappointing as it was a present for my daughter. I waited for over 3 weeks for a refund and I'm still waiting. DON'T BUY from this seller as you'll be very disappointed!

Quick Mobile fix provided me with a faulty product. The camera is permanently blurry. I returned the phone, only for it to be told that it has not been received when in fact it was received and sent back without being repaired for no apparent reason. An email was sent to me from QMF stating my phone has just been received after I received an email from APC that my package has been shipped, which clearly means QMF is lieing. Upon questioning QMF via email, telephone and online chat I keep being ignored.

The delivery time let you down didn’t get my phone till I kept emailing you. The phone when it finally arrived is as you described A1 condition works fine no problem it’s your delivery that is a major let down.

I expected my mobile to arrive with me quickly .... hence the name Quick Mobile Fix. It wasn’t till I’d paid the money that I had an email telling me it could take 10 working days!!!! I ordered on the 3rd and the phone actually arrived with me on the 15th!! Your customer services also ignored my two requests to refund my money in order to go get a phone elsewhere.

My phone took well over a week to arrive then didn't work it was stuck on a boot loop with a damaged battery I've still received no refund so no my experience hasn't been a pleasant one

Item not as described - red button on the side of a silver iPhone 7. I'd have made a different choice if I'd known. Delivery took more than 10 working days, meaning I was on holiday when it arrived, so it was left outside in the rain for 3 days (good job it was well packaged!).

After 10 working days and still no phone I had to email them to chase it up. Turns out they didn't have it in the colour I ordered. If they'd mentioned this before I would have been happy to have another colour and it be delivered earlier. Good price but too long to wait. The only reason they get 2 stars is for the quick delivery after I had rearranged another colour

The price was cheap but that’s because the battery was severely degraded and turns out the screen is fake. Quick fix should be more honest with how they advertise their phones for sale

Phone arrived and wasn’t working properly. Still waiting for it to come back fixed. I ordered more than a month ago, wasn’t offered anything as an apology or lent a replacement phone. Hopefully it’ll turn up anytime soon. Most people would have seriously gone off on one in this position.
