The phone arrived quickly, but not the rest of my order. It just wasn't sent. I had to send many emails and finally had to threaten them with Trading Standards. Now the phone is playing up. I would return it, but don't trust them to give me the money back, so I am stuck with it. I would not use them again!

I ordered a phone which was ''Pristine Condition'' perfect phone on the outside. But battery health of Iphone was 87% and not satisfactory for the amount of money spent on the phone.

The phone I had was obviously faulty and it took ages for agreement to send it back. It has now been sent and I await it being returned and I hope with a suitable SIM card in it.

Having been pleased with a number of iPhones in the past, this purchase was disappointing given its condition which was not 'very good' as described. I sent it back and Quick Mobile Fix responded helpfully.

Had to contact them multiple times as i hadnt received it for a good few months and when i did receive my product i found the screen was fake.

I bought an Iphone 8 from Quick Mobile Fix on the 9th of January, 2020. Unfortunately the UPS courier had not delivered it to my address until the 4th of February, when they finally left me a message to pick it up at their pick-up point. I contacted UPS and it turned out that they had been given the wrong delivery address from Quick Mobile Fix. I don't understand why they did not contact each other to solve the problem, and why I had to wait for almost 1 month to get my Iphone? in order to achieve better customer service, Quick Mobile Fix should pay more attention to providing correct delivery details and UPS should inform customers about cause of the delay, and the customer service of the 2 companies should communicate with each other.

Bought i-phone 10, took longer than promised to be delivered, and after only a few weeks the phone has locked out and won't start. Suspect dodgy chinese replacement screen..

Unfortunately I was sent a faulty phone (unable to get Bluetooth on it) & when I sent it back it took a long time to be returned to me. In fact I had to leave the country and still don't have it!

Was not happy could not open pdf form for posting back also having to erase everything was inconvenient I bought the phone in good faith had it only a month to realise only one speaker is working k only realised when people phoning me said it was hard to hear me

The phone received after 2 months is faulty I will be returning it and it will leave my partner who I bought the phone for without a phone I just hope that you will upgrade to a excellent replacement when you receive the faulty phone

purchased an "immaculate" Phone for higher price and it has been sent back already after only 2 weeks of use. Hopefully exchange phone is better.
