I bought an iPhone 7 for my son for Xmas, product faulty on receipt. I contacted customer service and was advised that I would be sent a replacement once Quick Mobike Fix received the phone. Phone sent over a week ago and when I contacted customer services I was told I would need to wait upto 15 days for a replacement. Not good.

Continued issues with delivery date/dispatch, each email reply just lengthens the time they say dispatch of phone will be. 'Live' discussion is not monitored even though it says response time of 7 minutes! I have now cancelled my order and i get an email to say i shall be re-funded in next 14 days. It's really not good enough, Quick Mobile Fix have had my money for long enough without delivery, it does not take this long to make a refund....there are other companies out there with far better options, i advise to look elsewhere.

Phone would not activate due to an issue with the information not being available on the phone, I contacted QMF on more than one occasion and was sent the standard try factory reset, after I had said this dintnt work the first time. I have sine sent my phone back for a refund.

Disappointed. Phone was fine but supposed to come with a bundle that never arrived. Couldn’t be bothered to chase, went and bought the missing bits

Both iPhones purchased in the last 6 months have been rubbish. Have had to get repairs done on both and was informed that there was bits missing when opened up.

Phone was in good external condition. There was a problem with speakers causing bad sound. Sent back for investigation and still not back 3 weeks later and difficult to get any information regarding the phone. Disappointed.

Purchased iPhone 7 32gb (pristine) with original Apple box and accessories . The phone was in pristine condition as stated . Box that it came in was for an iPhone 8 so didn’t really fit properly . On first opening the box noticed no accessories were there . Within a few days a cable and plug turned up but no earphones or sim key .

Very disappointing lead time/ supply turnaround for this day and age. Part of my phone order did not arrive having waited almost 10 days for the phone. Ok it’s pointed out it’s in their t&c’s. But why take the funds than? Very limited contact availability, yet my funds were taken at point of order, which irritates me, surely they should not cash funds if they are not in a position to despatch what was sold as a stock order. Part of the order that did not arrive as there was no indication that the goods were not going to arrive. After I chased I was advised they were out of stock and would forward me goods when they were in stock.with no indication when that would be. No advance apology no advance warning no advance offer of refund or alternative. And several weeks on I’m still not aware when the rest of my order will arrive. The shoddy customer service overshadows the good phone we received. But nothing excuses bad customer service or bad manners in this age of technology. The whole process is impersonal inefficient for the consumer and suggests the second hand goods are not available to resell at the point of sale with the consumer. And I fully expected such an expensive item SHOULD have been signed for, not put through my door in a Jiffy bag.

Name of site would suggest certain efficiency not my experience. The phone I got originally was faulty which happens my issue is I sent back with label they emailed me took 14 day window to get replacement which felt this too long and extremely inconvenient as you would expect without my phone.

Product arrived as described, no problems. But delay was lengthy and poorly communicated and payment had been taken at order point. More communication would be reassuring. All well in the end.

The iPhone 6S+ that I bought had a “battery health” of only 84% - considerably less that the much older phone that it replaced and it wouldn’t last a full day without charging. The phone itself is fine and I was prepared to contribute to replacing the battery but I could not get a sensible answer from anyone, just a standard reply that went to anyone who complained about their battery. I persisted with communication and suggested that I would contribute to the cost of a new battery (twice) but failed to get a reply at all. Ironically I had three requests to rate my purchase and at least three more marketing mails before getting another useless reply to my multiple mails. And it is impossible to phone them!! This is the third phone I have bought from QMF but it is now the last. I will not deal with a company that has such bad communication!

Took Avery long time to deliver, past the original date and the sound is not great on the device I wouldn’t use again

The phone is good quality and I received it within the time promised. Unfortunately, the phone and lead arrived and the plug which I had paid for didn’t. There was no indication that this was out of stock at point of ordering or indeed when the package was received no acknowledgement that the his was missing. I have had to email to ask for it’s whereabouts to be advised it’s not in stock. I’ve asked for a refund.

To be fair, I've used this company twice. The first time, good service, prompt despatch at fair price. Used the second time - a total disaster zone. Order placed, email acknowledgment received then total silence. After 2 weeks of non receipt of goods, I tried to contact. No response to emails, no way of contact via the phone. I cancelled the order by email. Received a reply stating they were sorry, and would refund me within 14 days. Six weeks later I have still not received my refund, so I am having to take the dispute to my credit card company to get a refund by their chargeback system.
