Took too long to arrive poor customer service

I ordered a phone and cancelled the order the next day before the order had even been confirmed. Despite this they still took payment and confirmed a refund would be issued within 14 working days. That was not issued and despite numerous emails and phone calls (with hour long waits) the situation was still not resolved. Currently trying to obtain refund via the credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a phone over a month ago and it never turned up. UPS say it was delivered so I guess its mostly their fault but I have to say QMF’s customer service over the whole matter has been shocking and unhelpful. I’m hopeful it will get sorted eventually but I’m not happy with the way it has been handled.

i have used quick mobile fix several times in the past and always been happy, but on this occasion the delivery took a week longer than advised and the phone was not in as good condition as those previously purchased for the same price

Took too long to deliver. I sent an email explicitly saying I wanted to cancel and not be charged for the purchase but you sent it anyway.

I have ordered a repair beginning of this month. The material was supposedly available. 8 days after the reception I am only informed now, due to my chasing, that it will take another 4 to 7 days to receive the LCD screen. This is far from honourable customer service where you should at least provide transparency to your customers...

IPhone X arrived but had a life of its own. Bought new one, which I paid separately, still haven’t delivery notification after 10 days.

Was told up to 7 days to dispatch, on 6th day told there was a quality control problem and order would be shipped within 3 weeks!!! Asked for an immediate refund, still waiting to get it.

this is the second time we have bought a phone from you and both times you promise delivery within a certain time and there is always a delay.this will be the last time we use you very poor service

Ordered over 5 weeks ago and still have not got working handset. The handset sent out did not work, battery issues. sent for repair still awaiting repair/replace after handset received back at QMF on 11th. now 20th. emails replied to with standard copy paste 24/48hr for repair. Call gained slightly more information but was on hold for nearly an hour.

The phone I recieved was faulty, the battery didnt keep charge. Over 2 wks since I sent it back got a replacement and still nothing has arrived So I now have one in happy son without his new phone on holiday.
