Phone arrived quickly and was pleased until we found it was faulty. The home button doesn't work and felt the phone should have been checked before sending. Arranged for it to be sent back 2 week's ago, and have heard nothing.

Second time I’ve ordered a phone.it cane quick but before I even got to use it there were problems it’s had to be sent back for an exchange.to speak to someone on the phone it gets sorted very quickly but to email it the customer service isn’t great.just phone and it will be dealt with promptly.

got a iPhone 8 plus for Christmas everything was fine and really enjoyed using the phone then late January it wouldn't turn on, rang up and they said to send it in so i did on the 22nd of January an its now 20th march and I still haven't got my phone back, during this time I was told multiple times that my phone would be fixed and returned in the next 1-3 days however I still haven't received it, they then told me a months and a half after receiving the phone that they were actually unable to fix it and were sending me a new one even though I was told that it was already fixed and on its way back. the staff were also very little help as multiple times I would just get the same automated email reply!!!!

The phone ordered took a long time to arrive and then when it did it was faulty. It has been returned to be "fixed", so time will tell. Previous purchases have been much better.

It took ages and has scuffs it had a cracked screen but still worked had to get it fixed myself the 1 year warranty is fake

Hi Purchased a phone over a month ago, unfortunately had to return immediately as it was faulty! Still waiting on repaired or replacement phone! Takes at least 40 mins to get through by phone to customer service team! Disappointing

Sent email after 10 days asking how things were going with phone and received a rude email back saying all there time was not up yet so hang on and i would receive email when the phone had been sent out,will never use again and i tell every one about it.

I have bought two handsets within the past twelve months and the service and customer information has been poor on both occasions. Both were delivered late; that is beyond their stated delivery period. One excessively (6 working weeks) the other in 3 weeks. With no voluntary information forthcoming each time I had to chase, and chase again. Customer service is poor. The product is good.

The product is fine and as described but the delivery time was far too long, longer than the stated time on the website. This meant a Christmas gift didn’t arrive in time. Customer services responded to my emails and we received the phone once I asked about cancelling the order.

Product description said ‘GOOD’, but it looked like the phone case lost the fight against a shotgun. I also had to replace the Home Button and have now lost the Touch ID capability.

There is nothing Quick about this service. If you are looking for a fast replacement as in my case so ordered a refurbished Grade A I Phone which took a very long to arrive, and when it finally did... it wasn’t in working order so had to be returned immediately. £7.50 to return which wasn’t even offered back as a kind gesture for inconvenience which would have been high on my customer care list..... The phone itself was good to look at, but as stated not in working order. I made payment on the 24th of January...... it is now the 18th of February and I still haven’t been refunded. I don’t feel this is exceptable .... I could just be unlucky in this case, but since going through other reviews..... I see similar problems... I personally wouldn’t recommend.... And I’m hoping that I don’t have to take matters further as I have been extremely calm, patient and polite in trying to resolve this issue.

I bought this iPhone for my daughter (Beth McMillan). Upon delivery, it was quickly evident that the battery was faulty. It was returned under warranty on Sunday 27th January - you received it on Wednesday 30th Jan and as of today (1st Feb), you have not even started work on repairing the phone! Your claim of fixing a phone with 24 to 48 hours is untrue and very misleading. Why was the battery not properly checked before initial despatch? Please advise, Murray McMillan

We had used Quick Mobile Fix previously and they were excellent. This time the service has been very poor. The phone did not work when it arrived. It was returned on 18 January but has taken until 31 January to receive an acknowledgement of the return and the email states that it will take another 7-10 days to be fixed. Emails are not responded to and phone calls are not answered promptly. Very disappointed.

The phone arrived in good condition as advertised, however it took quite a while between ordering and arrival. The most annoying thing was that I received an email informing me that my phone would be delivered 'today'. I waited in but the phone did not arrive. I phoned to inquire and was told that this meant it would be delivered 'tomorrow'. I expressed surprise about this and received a half-hearted apology from the employee.
