Iphone 7 arrived, described in GOOD condition - but the microphone didn’t work. What use is a phone with no mic? How can it possibly have been checked before sending? We returned it - and eventually got it back in working order. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Wasnt made aware of the 10 day dispatch time on items , then I was sent the wrong phone . The phone I received was as described and was In perfect condition though . Shame it wasn't what I ordered though

I purchased an IPhone 5S. When the battery goes to 20% approx the phone just dies.

Not your fault particularly - rather Royal Mail - your delivery contract- they came to deliver the phone but no one was in- they left a card- we went to the post office to collect the phone and they had lost / mislaid the package. Returned 4 times - no phone- called customer services and they said they would launch a search- rang to check and they said they still couldn't find it and would write to us - in the meantime I contacted yourselves- good customer service now (was really bad last time I was trying to follow up on a phone I had bought from you) - and am awaiting communication from yourselves.

The phone itself is in great condition and a good price. My qualm is with the poor customer service I received. I purchased an iPhone 6S Plus on 17th December and while I appreciate that the Christmas and New Year period fell not long after, it took over a month to receive my order with relatively little (and poor) communication. After weeks of not hearing anything, I get an email saying there was a discrepancy with my delivery address, however this was not chased up with me prior to my complaint. Considering the product itself is good value for money, the poor communication has really let the side down.

Although the ordering and delivering all went very smoothly, I was very disappointed that they send me a rose gold Iphone 7 instead of the champagne gold colour that I actually ordered. Since i really needed the phone and didn't want to go trough all the hassle of sending it back and wait again for a week or more, i just kept it.

The iPhone arrived a week after it was ordered, although it was not stated it would take that long.. The packaging was disgusting, the charge cable had been used, nowhere does it say that this would be a used item, it was not even put into the box but left in the outer envelopes packaging. The phone itself seems to be working k and in a condition I expected however I would think very carefully before I used this company again. I would say the least it should be labelled as SLAP-DASH and not caring to much once they have your money Think before you buy from these people

The delivery was unreliable, it was supposed to be ‘signed for’ when I first tracked my item the time said before 5pm Friday, it didn’t turn up . I rang to be told it would be Monday , I received an email saying it had been delivered , no one was at home about 12pm. When I got home my item was outside my flat door ( inside the main building. it was an iPhone £250 . It could have been stolen as anyone in the building could’ve found it .

Sent me the wrong product. Ordered on 8th, received on 24th - I think it literally was right on the brink of the 10 days 'but could be earlier' promise. No inclination to put right the error so I've accepted the wrong product. Asked for recompense rather than pay couriers to swap for correct item. Offered £10 voucher. Declined. Offered £15 voucher and am still yet to receive it..... Won't be ordering again with this company.

Purchased an iPhone 6s, the first one that arrived was the wrong size. (16gb not 64). I sent it back and the second one keeps switching off randomly. The phone is fine but it has been frustrating waiting and paying for phones and paying for them to be sent back.

I do not recommend - the phone came in good quality but no SIMs worked in it for a long time. They also didnt reply to my emails. If you want to get a second hand properly unlocked phone go to giffgaff, they are a lot more trustworthy and have great customer service.

I was disappointed to receive the ipad I ordered faulty. There's no sound as there appears to be something jammed or stuck inside the headphone port. My son was so eager to have it that he wouldn't let me return it, otherwise I would have. Other than that, in good condition and was delivered in the specified time.

I bought a iPhone 8 Plus with full bundle for my sons Christmas present. It was supposed to have been in pristine condition, but came with micro scratches all over the screen and one more noticeable at the bottom. The box it came in was old and tatty and didn’t match the phone model. It also came with a cheap screen protector which was fitted out of alignment and had bubbles under it. I bought a proper glass screen protector which has disgusting most of the scratches underneath. Overall the phone wasn’t worth the extra money, a better description would be good condition. The box was a waste money. I did complain to customer services, but didn’t get a response.

Poor service, delivery over the agreed 10 days, could not contact customer services. Tried twice for over half an hour. The online web chat was not available either. Suspect company took too many orders just before Christmas and did not have the resources to fulfil the orders on time.
