Ordered iphone8 paid £389. After the initial email confirmation of 7 days delivery. No phone received after 9 days. Emails sent no replies. 35 mins wasted trying to speak on phone. Now cancelling order by email. Need refund.. Dreadful company don’t use them...

The plug I bought overheats and stops charging. I emailed them but no response.

On arrival The phone was defective. I returned it under the 14 day policy but as yet I am still waiting to receive a refund.

I waited just over 2 weeks for the second phone that I ordered to arrive and the company that delivered it( IPS) said that I would be delivered but it never came until the following day. When I spoke to courier company they said that the item possibly hadn't been packaged properly and that it was damaged and would be delivered the next day, I found that difficult to believe.

had to wait a long time on the phone to try to speak someone about the phone order started as number four in the line forty-five mins later got to number 10,ordered on thurs 14 april got it on thurs 9 may,very poor allround.

It took over 2 weeks to arrival and when we open the case the conditions of the phone was not what we expected. I have ordered pristine condition, but the sockets were dirty and scratches by the camera. Most importantly the photo got really hot after use it for a while more then other iPhone that I have used. I end up send it back to QMF, currently waiting for a refund. Apparently take up to 30 days!!!! Not recommend.

it took a long time to come and when it did come two days later I had to have a new battery fitted so not happy

Well what a disappointment I am an old woman and not very technology minded my grandson said get an iPhone 5 as it will be similar to my iPad but being on a pension did not have hundreds to spend so I found your sit and thought it sounded good not so you send me a phone without a pin or a charger so I can not get into it to put my sim card in and have had to spend more for a charger, no use at all without a pin can I send it back please

I bought a grade A I phone expecting excellent condition only to find when removed from box it may have looked aesthetically okay but the phone was unusable it wasn’t charging the home screen wasn’t coming on and also nothing showing on screen when calling I contacted the company immediately and was given a number of ways to try and reset phone as a customer I think it’s the responsibility of the seller to solve the problems in the end I am waiting for a different phone to be sent out because it was indeed broken

The phone was not delivered within the 10 day time frame, nor within the additional 3 day period despite your promise that I would receive it by then. You then promised delivery by the end of another 3 day period; I subsequently cancelled the order, and am still waiting for a refund 18 days after cancellation (your promise was to refund within 14 days). You are obviously overcommitted and/or understaffed, and judging from my own experience I can't quite understand how you are still in business

Purchased a iPhone 6s, within 2 weeks it stopped working. They offered to fix it meaning I would have to send it back. My son needs a phone for school so i just took it to a phone shop an they replaced the battery. Not really impressed with the service

I was sent an blocked phone even though i paid for an unblocked one for my son.i wasted money on buying various sim cards,had to take to a phone shop to be told 35 quid to unblock so sent it back and im still waiting for a new phone
