My phone arrived late and now less than a year later it has begun to stop working. It randomly turns itself off despite being fully charged, then won't turn on for hours. After spending £500+ I would expect it to still be working less than a year later.

Order a phone, after couple of days did not receive any updates/ delivery or despatch, call and send an email no reply. I had to drive 80 miles (to and fro)to the address, knocked on the door , speak to someone from an entry button, who told me they're an online trading company. It was not a good first time experience.

The phone I ordered came quick enough but the phone isn’t working properly. Filled in the online contact form and haven’t had a reply. Hunted the internet for a customer services number, because it’s not listed on the web site or Facebook page. The number is currently under maintenance. Wasn’t sent an invoice with the phone but a did get two small bits of paper telling me that the phone is covered by a twelve month warranty. Which is great, only I have no way of getting in contact with the company to get the benefit of the warranty

Bluetooth not working on the phone I bought, couldn't phone them as there phone lines not working for a week, tried email, doesn't send, live chat didn't work,when there phone lines were working I was number 35 in a queue, waited 30 minutes down to number 18 then gave up !

Took forever to arrive despite the fact that they debited my account instantly.. left wondering whether company was dodgy or not. Have to replace battery already. Will not be using it recommending in the future. Website uncomfortable to navigate. This review will most likely not be posted but hey!

First time I used this company I was amazed with the service, this was 2 years ago and had no hesitation using them again. This time however it’s been very poor. “Quick” certainly is no longer the case and communication is very poor. I still feel the service they offer is good but things have definitely changed for the worse since I last used them.

Should remove quick from your company name said that it was maximum 2 works working days delivery time and you shipped it on the last day then it still didn’t arrive for 2 more days that’s just a joke.

I purchased an iPhone 8S for my daughter and it does not have FaceTime app the advert failed to state this on purchase. I later filled out a review which promised free accessories set, this did not arrive either. At first I thought they were good then I realised they are deceptive so be careful check all the details before purchasing

The purchased mobile was sent out for delivery more or less in the promised time frame but their chosen courier, UPS, declined to deliver. I was forced to repeatedly visit their 'drop off point' waiting for the driver to drop it off

The dispatch took well over 7 working days. As no information appeared on the tracking system, we contacted Quick Mobile Fix, who then got the mobile dispatched and sent within a couple of days. It is a shame that we had to chase.

Very poor customer service. Had to message back and forth for delivery which took over 3 weeks and took ages to get replies for the emails sent. Would not recommend to anyone. Have ordered of other websites and received delivery within two days. Very disappointed. Rang customer service twice and was waiting for delivery ver an hour in queue.

Cancelled an order the day after placing it. This was subsequently cancelled but the money still taken. I was told this would be refunded after 14 working days. It is now 5 weeks later with no refund, they aren’t replying to emails and customer services don’t seem to be able to help! I’m still £500 down for a phone that was never even dispatched. Day light robbery!

The delivery time was not met. Attempts to call the Company were a waste of time-my time-as there was always a huge backlog of calls and in the end I gave up. Email contact was more fruitful although the delivery timescales were still over-promised and not met. Product when it finally arrived met expectations but customer service poor.

I’ve been trying to contact for days. There has always been over 20 people before me, not been able to hold due to work. I’m currently on hold and have been for 1hr 10 minutes, 6th in line. You need to employ more customer service operatives if you want to be taken seriously as a reputable company, an absolute joke and has completely ruined my shopping experience.

The battery runs out unusually quickly-otherwise it is alright I guess.What can be done about this.I have only had it for a few weeks??
