“I had ordered a refurbished iPhone 6s in rose gold colour ages ago.I have been emailing them for a week asking when the phone will arrive or whether it has been dispatched.They have emailed saying there is delay in this chosen colour.I am going on holiday on July 11th and I asked them to help me by dispatching this item.Hovewr they are not doing anything at all.There service has been so bad that now I am thinking of asking for a refund if it does not arrive on time.Please I warn other customers into making a purchase with this website.”

“I sent my phone for repair, expecting 24-48 hour turnaround as advertised. It took them 10 days to order the parts, another 10 days to actually receive the parts, and now, more than 1 month on, I have still not received a date for my phone to be fixed and returned, even though they have had the parts now for a week.All it needed was a new screen (old one was cracked). I will never use this service again, and strongly advise against anyone else using it either.”

“I was offered the highest rate in comparison to other companies. However once sent of and the phone reviewed i was offered much less than half of the original offer even though i said the phone was not working! I feel I have been ripped off and tricked by this company.”
