The phone that I've buyed came with a lot of problems with the speakers and the mic, I'm trying for almost a month to contact the customer service and looks like nobody wants to talk to me

My phone has not arrived and it has gone over the time scale. The communication has been so poor it would be far me to label them as rude. I'm disgusted and I feel as though the reviews on the website aren't genuine.

Dreadful service, would give 0 stars if I could. Sent my iPad mini to them for a charging port repair / replacement because their website says they have a 1-2 working day turn around time. They have had my iPad for 10 days and as far as I can tell they haven't even started working on it yet, every time I chase them they fob me off with, "sorry, it will be another 1-3 working days". A little research has revealed there are dozens of customers who have had to resort to the small claims court to get their money back, and that is just the small percentage who have taken the time to post about their experience. Me, I just want my iPad back, I need it to manage my small business, when I foolishly placed my trust in Quick Mobile Fix I never imagined I would have to work around its absence for over 2 weeks. Please don't make the same mistake, use another repair centre, give these Charlatans a wide berth.

The phone would not work and has been sent back and I am still waiting for a replacent which is now over 10 days and I have asked for a better conditioned phone as vompensation

So far I am very pleased with my phone. Unfortunately, the carrier(APC) used presented a problem. The initial delivery date was unsuitable, but APC wouldn't let me change it so I had to let that one fail and then re-arrange. I am normally happy to collect from the local depot, but I live in Gloucester (hardly the back of beyond) and their nearest depot is Hereford, @30miles away! The next suitable date was @10 days later.

Sent my Sons i5 which wasn’t charging the phone came back worked for 5 days and wouldn’t charge again but he got a new phone for his birthday so I let it go.My 6 month old i7 had a problem I sent it to Quick they charged me for diagnostic said I needed a new battery which I paid for.The phone came back and worked for a couple of days sent it back and they said the problem was the charging port so their diagnostic was wrong but I still had to pay for the battery. I took the phone to a reputable phone shop and they said the iPhone has been destroyed. I left the phone in with this company and as I stayed around I can confirm that the lad spent 2 hours on my phone and didn’t charge me because it couldn’t be fixed ( hats of to Uber phone) Quick final bill to wreck my phone if I hadn’t recalled it would have been £200 I had complained without response so I told them to send the phone back

They've had my phone for 7 days now still nothing confirming delivery. Communication is rubbish. And I hope my phone comes as I've ordered it or will be reporting this company and have seen loads of reviews saying that not real apple battery's in phone and stuff so I would like to be guaranteed that mine is all legit please if I ever get it. Would maybe recommend depends on how my product comes and if everything is up to stand Ards.. my name is Manuel Claudino I ordered and iPhone 6

I'm really dissappointed with their service since I ordered a refurbished phone 10 days ago, the order was confirmed but the tracking number wasn't sent or the phone was dispatched. They don't answer my emails and I have no idea of what has happened to the phone or the money.
