“Literally the worst company I've dealt with in 20+ years. Not evil, just incredibly, painfully bad. Refused to give me an update on my order, constantly telling me it my order was still within their 14 day limit (which isn't advised of at all until you have completed purchase and equally, so what? Can I not be told where it is?), then when that finally came and went I was told there were issues in the "quality control department" and it would be a further week at least with no guarantee. For a phone advertised on their site as in stock! After requesting a cancel/refund 3 times I was told it would be a further 14 days for that AND it turned out they had charged me twice originally and that would have to be dealt with as a separate refund which I would get within a further 14 days. Honestly there are 100's of company's doing what they do and vastly better. Don't waste your money, go literally anywhere else instead.”

“my phone was faulty from the start. company promised full refund but i did not get a penny even when i threatened small claims court action. Do not deal with these law breakers who could not care less about customer care.”

“I would advise anyone not to buy from this awful company I brought a phone from them was told I would get a delivery notice on 7 working days I never then I waited 10 working days to which I was told I would receive my phone by! Then had a email to say we may be able to dispatch your phone early next week.. I was fuming.. don’t buy awful company”

“phone not received after a MONTH wait ! I ordered a phone and a MONTH later I still did not receive my phone ! Then this company refused to refund me my money! I had to get my bank involved to get a refund! AVOID this company at all costs ! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You have been warned. I advise anyone who has had problems with this company to seek legal assistance and report them to trading standards! My order number for this phone is 272031 , this is a genuine review!”

“They say it is a free easy returns policy - BS!! Phone was not as advertised battery life was abysmal I have been waiting for my refund for 2 months now and it still hasn’t come through every time you contact customer services they fob you off! Disgusting wouldn’t recommend to a single soul!”

“100% fake company. Don't have neither mobile nor refund after 38 days. After purchasing the mobile they said they will deliver between 7-10 days. After 7-8 days they said that the phone have failed some test so it will take another week or something. After one more week they said it will take another 5-7 days. I cancelled the order. Now waiting for refund today is the 19th day. I dont think even manufacturing a new phone takes this much time. its hilarious what is happening out here. Looking at the below reviews its clear this is what they do. Do not fall in the trap.”

“I bought an I phone 6, it started overheating while charging... Dangerous and clearly not repaired to OEM standards. Sent it back and have been waiting months for a repair and they refuse to provide a replacement despite it being under warranty. Absolute joke, I would rather buy a cheap new phone than give this bunch of jokers another penny of my hard earned money.”

“DO NOT USE - Absolute joke. Do not use this so called company! Payed approx £550 at the beginning of January for a phone that eventually they couldn’t supply. I’ve emailed and messaged but struggled to get a reply. It’s now 6th March and am still waiting. Was told a refund would take 14 days Chased again and now told to wait until 17th March. Absolutely disgusting & a terrible service. They should not be aloud to trade Please do not use this company!!!”

“Ordered a phone on the 22nd of January 3 weeks later still no phone and kept giving me the same excuse that there was a problem with quality control. Asked for a refund and 3 weeks later still no refund! I had to go through my bank to get money back. They never reply to emails and you can’t speak with them over the phone. Avoid this company at all costs. Professional con artists!”

“3 weeks have passed and yet still no phone. Got a message last week saying if it’s not out this week beginning of next. We are now at the end of the week and still no phone. No one has answered my emails, messages or complaints. I would never get anything from quick mobile fix again. And would advise anyone not to use them. They take the money from your bank and you don’t hear anything for weeks. What to do next, any suggestions?”
