“APPALLING service from this company -Do NOT buy from this company. Almost 2 weeks after purchase, the phone has not even been dispatched. Despite payment being debited immediately. Now being told that I have to wait until 14 working days before I will receive a refund. This company should be ashamed of their conduct and they deserve 0 out of 5. I hope all the bad reviews that I will continue to post will help others avoid having their money taken the same way. AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“Disappointed with the whole experience. Firstly my order was delayed and took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. The phone that came looked great but the battery didn’t last and no one could hear me on the other end. So requested a refund. I sent back in January and still waiting for the refund - reason given issues with the accounts department! They were quick enough to take my money to start. Would not recommend”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. MODERN DAY THIEVES. use a proper company on the high street. Waiting over 3 weeks for a refund. Keep saying accounts department dealing with it. Yeah right!!!”

“Dessapoinmting as i'v previously had a good experience with QMF, but this product/order was below standard. Returns process frustrating. unable to telephone or talk to anybody - NO customer service number published and no chat bubble appears resulting in emails being sent into the ether where nobody reads emails or responds to email requests. Order still remains outstanding and I've no idea whats happening or anybody reading, understanding or dealing with my communications !!!!!!”

“The refurbished iPhone X that i received was faulty, due to an incorrect refurbishment. Apple were able to identify the problems at the apple store in regent street, London and I returned the phone to QuickMobileFix within a week. I asked for a phone (as advertised to be sent to me, as per the purchase agreement), or a refund in full. QuickMobileFix acknowledged receipt of my phone, 30 Jan 2020. I have written to them four times since without an answer in the subsequent 4 weeks. I will have no choice but to take the matter to the ombudsman.”

“Took payment for phone ordered. Promise delivery within 7 days which is then extended to 10 working days. Failed to deliver phone. Failed to respond to emails. Order tracking shows 'processing'. Nothing happens.”

“-1 Paid for a phone which I never received, cancelled order 2 weeks later, asked for my £380 Back. Been lied to about 17 times Worst experience of my life. Still waiting for my refund after 6 weeks. NEVER use this company ever!!! Other than that I’m still alive and waiting for my hard earned cash.”

“Quick mobile fix have had my sons mobile bought in Dec 19 cor his xmas, it arrived not working. They have now had this back since Jan and here we are end of Feb still no phone, my son and I are quite upset and although they have confirmed receipt they have started ignoring my emails. They will no doubt do their usual response to this ‘whats your order no’ well mobile fix it is ID263180 why don't you tell the public what you are going to do to sort! If I don't hear from you with a constructive response Iam reporting you to trade and standards and will be paying you a visit in person”

“DO NOT BUY from this company do yourselves a favour read trustpilot reviews twitter and Facebook, and the special Facebook page someone has set up for all the people who’ve had a bad experience !!!! Send out faulty goods then getting a refund for the not fit for purpose goods they ignore you so they get phone back and keep your money ......greaaatttt!! Might use this business model for myself........oh no I have a conscience!”

“Stay away from this company. I sent them a phone that was listed on their website as one they could repair. After they had it for three weeks they assessed it and found they could not repair that type of phone. It was sent back to me with the promise of a refund three months ago. In spite of repeated reminders, they still have not refunded my payment.”

“***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** I ordered 2 phones on 8th December 2019 and was then informed that I wouldn't receive them for Christmas. I cancelled the order on 18th December 2020 and am still waiting for my refund. They are now not replying to my e-mails.”
