“I'm at a loss to know what to do now to get my £530 back. No delivery...cancelled order...nearly 4 weeks later and all emails ignored there is nothing. It's actually making me ill, this company has no idea of the stress customers are under. So many terrible reviews for the same reasons. How can they keep on doing this. Amazing thing is i actually go an automated email from them today giving me points towards another purchase!! Incredible”

“One star to this company is to much. They are same as scammer. Just avoid them don't buy any phones. I bought phone from them as Christmas present. Phone was faulty. They ask send it back. I use their instructions and sent it back. I wait over a week, no confirmation. Then I email by my self. They try claim it as haven't got my phone. After I provided all proof that they have received phone back they agree. End guess what, they gone. Now it's nearly two months they got my money and phone, and ignoring all my emails. I bought the phone through DivedeBy they try to help me too but looks like quickmobilefix ignoring them too. So now I have contacted my bank and investigation have been opened. So hope they be able to help me and get my money back. So please don't order from them, otherwise you be robbed like I was and many other people. Do first a few research and you will see there is a lot people who lost phones and money.”

“Can you give no stars? Ordered phone on the 4th of Jan. Money taken on the 6th. All of the communication as to why I haven't received my order was led by me. No way to call them. Now over a month later and too many copy and pasted emails from them I requested to cancel on the caveat I needed the money back by Monday to get another phone ordered. Complete waste of time. They cancelled the order and the refund will be 2 weeks. Going by other reviews that are waiting on their money back I am desolate. Totally unprofessional, and have essentially stole my money for over a month. They sold a product that they did not have in stock. And only of the last two weeks have they came up with a copy and pasted email that told me it was quality control issue... They don't have what they advertise in stock. They never had the phone and I advise to stay clear of them. Thoroughly disappointed.”

“Sent me a faulty phone which i returned over two months ago and have had no refund and no responses to my emails ever since. No phone details given so cannot communicate via any other method. Like many others, now taking legal action.”

“They took 16 days and my phone still wasn’t ready so I cancelled. Refund within 14 days?? That’s what they tell you!! It’s lies. You do not get your money back. It’s been 22 days today and still not refunded. Please, go elsewhere. These people can not be trusted.”

“They couldn't fix a screen repair. Got my phone back over a month after sending them the phone for repair. Told i would get a refund on the 6th January. I still haven't received it. Every time i try and contact them, they say they have passed it onto the accounts department, no one can check where it is or when i will receive it.”

“Ordered phone 3 weeks before Christmas then had a email to say It would not be delivered In time so I asked for a refund and I'm still waiting for my refund 8 weeks and now they have stopped responding to my emails”

“I bought mobile phone, arrived with scratch on screen. Bought it just before Xmas, I sent it back, but only just received refund. Was meant to have been replacement phone, then because it took so long they gave refund instead. No phone number to call, just online chat, email or messenger, don't trust this company.”

“I sent them my iphone for a simple screen repair. After holding onto the phone for over a month, i received an email telling me that the part they had was not compatible. They would return my phone and give me a full refund. That was over a month ago. I still haven't received my refund and everytime I email them to query it, they do not respond to me. I would definitely not deal with them again.”

“Still awaiting a refund for a product I never received. Order A refurbished phone on 25 November 19. After not recieving the phone I requested a refund. This was on the 11 Dec 19. Was told 14 days. It is now 7 Feb 20. Wtillno refund. Ignoring my emails and the phone line to them is no longer available. Absolutely terrible service that I will now take legal action for. Do not use this company!!!”

“I bought a refurbished Iphone which took ages to arrive. With-in a few weeks the home button stopped working. Eventually they sent me a bag to post the phone back to them. They have had the phone for over 2 weeks to fix the issue and just confirmed that they have repaired it and will return it to me. I am extremely unhappy with the timescales they work to, it will be three weeks by the time I get the phone back, and you can not tie anyone down to get anything done quicker. I will not be using any of their services in the future.”

“I've had a mixed experience with Quick Mobile Fix. One phone I purchased was excellent, the other was broken and I'm still trying to get my money back. Customer Services is non existent and haven't responded to a single email I've sent. Would err on the side of caution and say never touch with a barge pole.”

“Shocking customer service. Returned a faulty phone for replacement a month ago, still not had a replacement. Refusing to issue a refund and don't reply to emails. No phone number to speak to them, and no idea when we will get the product we paid over £500 for 2 months ago.”
