Phone was purchased for my daughters Xmas present. I wrapped when recieved still in packaging. When opened on Xmas morning there was a crack on the home button. Understandably my daughter did not want to send back as she had been looking forward to getting the phone for ages. Obviously the crack got worse and I contacted quick mobile fix who understandably said the this could be accidental damage caused by use. My reason for 1 star is that 1 paid in good faith for a phone is good condition and not one that was already damaged. In hindsight I should have sent back straight away but circumstance meant that I didn’t. There are enough companies out there that do the same as quick mobile fix that I will use in the future as I can use a company that sell and send phones that are already damaged.

I wait my phone since a month now, They didn’t answer the emails and phone calls but they does take your money Not recommendable at all

I ordered a Iphone on the 20th of December waited 4 weeks an heard nothing, after several emails Promising the phone would be delivered and it still wasn’t, I asked for a refund then to be told to Wait 14 days. Still haven’t received my refund. Worse company ever l. Avoid buying anything from them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered a phone, 10 days later they advised they couldn’t supply the one I wanted and now will not give a refund. They said it would take 14 days to refund then 6 weeks and then guaranteed by 5pm on 21st January ‘20 and still no refund. They rarely reply to emails and when they do it’s all BS. They are thieving con artists! SAVE YOUR MONEY OR SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

I ordered a pristine condition iphone X as a Christmas present in mid December. When it arrived it was found to have scratches on the screen and casing so had to be returned for a replacement which wouldn't be in time for Christmas. The iphone was returned via Collect Plus on 23/12/19 and recorded as delivered on 31/12/19. I've contacted Quick Mobile Fix numerous times to ask where my replacement iphone is, only to be told it may take 10 working days to process. It's now 27 days since Quick Mobile Fix received the substandard phone back and I haven't received the replacement. This is unacceptable.

Phone was late arriving it was a Christmas present and arrived in the afternoon of Christmas Eve three weeks after being ordered , it broke after 24 hours, returned to be repaired, after constant chasing for 1 month was told I would receive a refund in 4 working days Atrocious customer service my teenage daughter has been left without a phone for a month.

Avoid at all cost! I ordered an iPhone 8. I expected delivery to be 1-2 days. When I hadn’t had a dispatch notification I sent them an email to ask when I can expect it to arrive. I got a reply explaining it would be 7 working days to dispatch. I replied asking why it took so long to send out and asked where the iPhone I had bought was. I was told it was going through “quality checks”. This immediately rang alarm bells as I was buying a pristine refurbished iPhone, surely all quality checks has been carried out before it being listed on the web site?!? At this point I asked to cancel my order and a refund. It took 8 WEEKS to get any other response out of them and finally get my money back. Don’t trust this company. Search Facebook for a group with hundreds of members who are having the same difficulty I have had. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

This company is a complete joke. Ordered a phone for my daughter for Christmas and never turned up. Asked for a refund which was agreed via email from them and we are STILL waiting for it. Useless customer support, fed lies and they couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. Taking the case to small claims court now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, AVOID!!!!!

ordered iPhone 10 on the 4th jan 2020 should of been delivered with in 7 days, that got moved to 14 days, i was then told yesterday 21st jan 2020 it should be delivered by 30th to 31st jan 2020 ! I tried phoning to cancel my order but only goes to answer machine stating they are having trouble with telephone system!! now been told I have to wait 14 days for a refund! DO NOT TOUCH OR TRUST THIS COMPANY

I purchased two phones as Christmas presents, one arrived promptly in a few days, the other order was completely forgotten about despite numerous emails the phone was not delivered. I cancelled the order ID272013 on 30 Dec and still have not been refunded almost £300 I had paid.

Very bad experience with Quick Mobile Fix. I ordered iPhone X, pristine condition and received a low quality phone with bad noise during calls and microphone not working. They respond to emails very badly, you can wait weeks. Also they can't be contacted by phone or any other ways. I returned the device but can't get the refund. Stay away from this guys.

The phone broke still under warranty and you refused to fix it you said it had water damage when it had not been near any water.

Frankly abismal! Ordered an iPhone 7 on the 5th December and received it on 2nd Jan, faulty! It has now been back with them since the 7th Jan and I've heard nothing.

Dreadful company would avoid. I ordered a phone supposedly in stock my money was banked immediately. No contact had to chase to find out what was happening no response. Finally told phone about to be despatched. 3 weeks later no phone. Cancelled order told repayment takes 2 weeks. Still no money,having to recover via the bank.

Worst company to deal with in the world can't do orders on time then when they tell you they need more time but then they go way past the deadline don't email you back or anything and when you do cantact them all they say is need more time no reference on how much time or when the exact date finish will be or how the refund repair is going they don't say anything other than need more time and when they do they pass you off to other people and don't give back refund I have been waiting for a refund for 4 months now and still waiting worst company everb

DO NOT use this company. They sent me a faulty device and once requested a refund they have not processed it one month later. I still do not have a working device and I also do not have a working phone as they promise. Very bad customer service. No response via email. Just an odd email to tell me to keep waiting. 23/1/2020 Very disappointed and my son still does not have a phone. I trusted the good reviews they have - do not trust the good reviews. I do not see how anyone is getting quick responses as I’ve emailed a number of times and each time they do not respond or there is a delayed response. Good luck if you decide to use this company and be prepared to be ripped off!
