Phones are faulty no reply to emails phones come bare basic packaging no chargers for the price it’s a disgrace

Absolutely appaling!! Avoid this company at all costs. Purchased a phone for my son which was faulty. They refused a refund, I sent the phone back to them for it to be repaired or replaced, the courier confirmed it had been delivered back to them however they are denying receiving it! So I am now out of pocket and no longer have the phone! Disgusting!

Staff totally don’t care about you once you purchase the item and take longer to deliver the item then they say. Never again

Purchased a iPhone X almost 2 months ago, had to send it back after getting it because Bluetooth didn’t work or Siri, a month later still haven’t received anything back or even an update, try contacting them but they just par me off to another department and they also don’t get in contact

Still waiting on a reply to numerous emails as never received the phone i ordered before Christmas and no refund received as yet. Seem to be getting ignored now...terrible customer service

Ordered from Ireland, phone delivered in reasonable time, phone well packaged, and in really really good condition, was apprehensive about getting a re conditioned phone but so far so good, my daughter is delighted with it

I purchased an iPad for my grandson for Christmas. He is unable to download anything but when I wanted to send it back was told because it was out of the 14 day money back guarantee was unable to do so. Am not happy that I was sold an item not fit for purpose and will not be using your company again.

QMF cancelled my order 6 Dec as they were unable to fulfil it. They said they'd refund the money within 14 working days, which would be 30 Dec. As of 7 Jan I have still not received my refund. I have emailed QMF three times but have not received a response. There is no other way to contact them as the live chat has been offline every time I've checked and there is no contact phone number. I am worried that I will have to put a claim in with the small claims court to receive my money. QMF do not seem trustworthy.

The phone was faulty and returned to QMF. On tracking the parcel it was returned to QMF 7 days ago and yet QMF say they haven't received it. I certainly wouldn't use this company again. I am in the process of trying to get my money back.

Phone volume button was faulty and I had to exchange. It is now week later since I sent it back and still waiting. They now say it takes 1 to 2 weeks to exchange. Phone was not tested properly to start with and now I’m dealing with sending it back.
