DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY. I Ordered an iPhone on 2nd December 2019, it had not arrived a week later. I contacted Quick Mobile Fix, they apologised and asked me to wait 10 working days before contacting them again. I contacted them again on the 14th December and asked them to look into it, I had no reply. I contacted them again on the 17th and asked if I was going to receive my phone, if not could I have a refund. They replied saying I would get the phone in January. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I ordered a phone from Music Magpie which arrived the following day. I was told by quick Mobile Fix that I would have to wait 14 days for my refund. I contacted them again on the 11th January to ask where my refund was, no reply. I contacted them again on the 14th January asking again for ny refund and suggesting that I may have to take legal action. On the 20th January I received an email saying that they have arranged a refund to be sent at the end of the day on the 5th February. I have acknowledged this email and have also contacted Mastercard. They are following the case, but I now have to wait for the 5th February before they can take action on my behalf. They say that they have had a lot of complaints like this about Quick Mobile Fix. If I receive the refund on the 5th February they will have had my money for over two months. My reason for buying the phone, and I told Quick Mobile Fix about this, is to link it to my daughters epilepsy alarm, so that I am alerted when she experiences a seizure - I needed a phone quickly.

Paid £500 for a phone and a week later no phone and no communication, big red flag when a company does not accept paypal.... Avoid!!!

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! think I've been completely ripped off! I ordered a phone on the 17/12 and was meant to have it within 7 working days, chased two weeks later and they said they will refund the money, I've sent 10 emails asking about my refund since and had no reply!!! Don't know how they can be trading, any good reviews are probably fake. I never write reviews but It's a horrible feeling being ripped so had to on this occasion -

I purchased a phone from this company and never received the phone. When I sent an email to find out what happened to deliver. I was told there was a quality control issue. I asked for a refund has it was more than 7 days. I don't believe this company will give me a refund as they said I would have to wait a further 14 days which makes no sense as this was not my fault and I was not returning an item.

purchased iphone and waited for week and no iphone delivered, cancelled order and was told that i would be refunded monies within 14 days. That was mid december and still on 21/01/2020 no refund issued. This company has no regard for its customers and would advise against any dealings,

Paid and cancelled an order on 11th December 19 , was told the refund would be 14 days , still have not received any money and the company are ignoring my emails now , avoid this company.

This company is a joke. I ordered a phone, changed my mind an cancelled within an hour. Said I would get a refund, that was a month ago. I email every day an nothing, no phone number to ring. Please avoid this company like the plague, they are scammers. Absolute joke

Tried to have a phone delivered before Xmas, ordered in plenty of time. No comms from the company about delivery. It got so close to Xmas that I had to go buy from somewhere else. Asked for a refund. Have had to use Twitter, email and Facebook to try and get a response. It’s been 8 weeks and still no refund. I agree STAY AWAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT

Avoid this company completely! Ordered IPhone 8+ back last Nov 19 and still not received phone or refund despite dozens of emails from me requesting a refund! I am now trying to get refund through my credit card company! They are clearly complete crooks do not use this website!

Absolutely Avoid this company!!! I ordered a mobile for my son for Christmas back in early December and paid for in full! They said 7 working days for delivery. We are still waiting for the phone and still no refund to date!!!!

Worst customer service I’ve had in over a decade. I ordered a refurbished iphone. They failed to deliver it in the specified timeframe and when I tried to cancel my order I found their customer service to be almost non existent. They won’t allow customers to call them; their chat service rarely works; they don’t respond to email in a timely manner; and their returns policy doesn’t meet the legal minimum requirement. They have failed to refund my money in a timely manner and I have had to seek a charge back from my credit card company.

PLACED ORDER ON THE 13/12/19 TO BE TOLD OUT OF STOCK ON THE 19/12/19 DO I WANT A REFUND INFORMED THEM STRAIGHT AWAY YES, ITS NOW THE 17/1/2020 STILL WAITING REFUND . TAKING EXTERNAL SOURCE TO GET MONEY BACK NOW TERRIBLE OVERALL SERVICE STAY AWAY !!!

Do not use at all! They've had my sons phone for repair for nearly 2 weeks when the website advertises a 48 hour fix. I contacted them 4 days in, only to be told no-one had even looked at it and it'll be another 1-2 weeks. I asked for a refund and the device back but they're not even doing that now. If you read the reviews online you'll see there are 1000's of unhappy customers, some who haven't seen their phone in 3 months! I've found a Facebook group with 750 members complaining! The BBC are currently researching them for RipOff Britain, avoid at all costs!

Terrible customer service. I have been trying to get in touch for over a month due to a damaged item. Their prices are good however if something is wrong don't expect it to be resolved within a month.

this Company is a fraud. Please beware. I ordered a phone with a scratch on it and despite sending it back, quick mobile fix repeatedly ignored my emails to process a refund. They don’t have a number to call and no one is available on the web chat and their response to emails is shocking and only respond when they want your money. Don’t be fooled by their prices as they are selling you cleaned second hand phones that haven’t really been through any proper reconditioning. Avoid this company at all costs

I bought a iPhone-X as a Xmas present, received around 12-12-2019. QMF sold me an iPhone with faulty Ear Speaker / Receiver. QMF should have pre-checked during the Quality Testing. It took more than 4wks to resolve the problem that I was NOT responsible for. The service was completely unprofessional. I was not given any discount/refund for the whole inconvenience after asking. I will share my experience with my Social Media friends and I will never buy anything from QMF.

Terrible! I received a phone with a battery dead! I sent it back and claimed a refund. It’s been over a month and still nothing! They keep saying it’s coming and they have some accounting delays! I’m about to contact a lawyer to have some advices. I totally don’t recommend them!

Would give zero stars but that’s not an option. I ordered two iPhones at the beginning of December . I was then emailed and told they won’t be delivered in time for Christmas and did I want to cancel I said yes . Still waiting for my money back even though they have told me twice I will receive it on this date and both times it’s not in my bank. Disgusting !
