Phone received in good time but was not in the condition expected, I returned the item and have received no communication for weeks, no response to emails, I am unable to call, as the support number no longer receives inbound calls. No replacement or refund.

Ridiculous !!!! Been a month, no phone still & still telling me wait more for dispatch!!! Then suddenly emailed me saying refunds been issued-lets see if thats true or another lie!!! Load of BS

I should have really and truly read here before purchasing anything with this company. I bought a phone with them at the end of January expecting to get it within 14days max. We are now in March and I do not have a phone or my money back. I have been chasing them ever since, and they do not do phone calls, so I can only email them. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this in my life and usually, I do not leave bad reviews, but it has been months and I just want my money back. Now they have said they will give me back my money on the 4th of April making it 6weeks since I asked for a refund. Please avoid ordering things from them and if you are reading this, give me back my money.

Absolutely shocking company and I intend to take legal advice with regards to this purchase. I was sold a device with a faulty camera and sent it back for repair in exactly the same packaging that they sent it to me in, using the carrier they sent me a label for. They did not inform me for another 7 days that the camera had supposedly arrived with the glass shattered and the warranty was now voided. I immediately smelt a rat and this became evident when they performed some quality control to find that the camera was indeed faulty but I would have to pay £200 to fix the camera and £70 to fix the glass. I was gobsmacked, but then they told me the damage could not have happened in transit so were in fact accusing me of causing the damage and sending the camera back to them. The method of communication this company uses is totally inadequate, ie , no phone number , on line chat that is very rarely available and they don’t answer emails. This is without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am currently in talks with my credit card company to have my money reimbursed and I will be talking to my solicitor when I return home as away at the moment. I should have looked at the on line reviews before I used this company as they are generally very, very negative. This company needs to be brought to task and as their attitude is totally out of order. I will also be submitting this review on online review platforms and other sites. Really really angry about how this company had treated me

Awful service - do not use Ordered 2 weeks ago, chased the order to be told it will take another week. Cancelled my order to be told I can have my refund in 3 weeks time. Totally awful company, if I could give no stars I would. It’s the 21 st century, refunds can b3 done straight away, if they didn5 have the stock they should have said.

I am utterly appalled by the repeated… I am utterly appalled by the repeated lying and now outright theft committed by Quick Mobile Fix. In Jan 2020, I ordered a 64gb iPhone 6 Plus in a particular colour. I received the notification that the money had been paid and that I would be informed of its dispatch. Long after the expected delivery date - nothing. I chased them to learn that the colour offered was no longer available, so I agreed to have another. Again nothing. I chased again through February just to get a response, and nothing. Finally, in the absence of a reply, I cancelled and was promised a full refund. It was promised by the end of February 2020, then by 6 March, but alas no reply to messages on 13 March asking for an update. As far as I can tell, there are solvency issues and I have therefore requested the contact details of their solicitors, so I can join the queue of those who seek to recover the money which was, honestly, stolen. If it is, indeed, a going concern, avoid these charlatans and lying thieves, quick to pocket the money, but never to return, even if the product was never delivered.

Do not use.. Sell you phones and take your money when they don't actually have the phones. Been waiting weeks, and just get fobbed off!! May as well accept I've been conned!!!

They kept posting me telling me this Thursday latest when next Thursday came they’ll tell me next week and when next week came they’d give one excuse about the dispatch team. Shocking customer service

The product I purchased didn't work and I am yet to receive a refund for it after sending it back for a return. I have confirmation that you received the product again, but despite waiting more than the 14 working days stated in an email, I still don't have my money.

I recently ordered a phone after waiting 10 days to hear when It was going to be dispatched I contacted QFM to find out what was going on, the phone I ordered was out of stock but they didn't feel the need to tell me this. It was arranged that the same model in a different colour would be sent. 2 weeks after receiving the different phone it died. I sent it back to them as it is covered under warranty and was told it would take 7-10 days to f ix and return. 2 weeks later the phone still hasn't been fixed or even close to being resent to me...….

Like many REAL reviews do not use them! I ordered a phone that was supposed to be 10-14 days, took my payment immediately and now 53 days - yes 53 days - still no phone just promises of next week. Now they have the cheek to say a refund will be 14 days. Never dealt with such a l....g company before.

Do not ordered,ordered 2nd march told 7 days after order was paid,no mention of this before,contacted them was told 7 to 10 days,contacted again was told please be patient,asked if not despatched in 48 hours i would cancel,reply was please email seperately if you wish to cancel,5 minutes later received email saying they had cancelled and i would receive a refund in 14 working days, my daughters birthday present and now i have to borrow money to buy another till i get a refund, avoid at all costs

Do Not Use! Ordered a refurbished iPad, did not arrive in time stated, had to chase. When it finally arrived the screen was cracked. Reported it straight away, took multiple emails and a further week to arrange return. Now chasing refund, they claim they cannot refund until the courier accepts fault - this is not correct or relevant and contrary to their refund policy. AVOID!

Avoid, they claim that your phone will be dispatched within 7-10 days or they will contact you. Now in day 25 and no response to any of my 6 emails. Raising claim with Financial Ombudsman Service.

Ordered two phones in stock on the 20th February, one of which was for my kids birthday in March. 7 days came and went; no phones...chased and told in quality control and will be dispatched in 1-4 days. 4 days went, no phones. Chased again and told dispatch will urgently get them to me. It's now the 14th of March (past kids birthday) and still no phones and status still "processing". I don't believe they ever had the phones they claimed to be in stock and I'm reporting them to trading standards. DO NOT USE THEM

SCAMMERS Phone takes 3 weeks to arrive, mine arrived FAULTY, sent it back end of Jan, and of Feb still no refund. If anyone else is having issues like this, go to your bank and request a chargeback, that's the only way I could get my money back, they literally stopped replying and started giving excuses about "accounts department" will email you, which they won't, but when you intiate chargeback they reply next day.

Phone took over as month to arrive. When it arrived it was faulty so was advised to return. That was 8 weeks ago and despite a few emails promising its arrival no phone. Asked for a refund and had no response in 2 weeks. Hopeless, thank goodness for Barclaycard!

Terrible company 1st phone not in stock , didn't tell us .sent another phone terrible condition .got a refund but 15 day later still waiting for my money , but been told to wait another 14 days
