Unbelievably bad! The phone I bought was broken when it arrived so I sent it back to be repaired (I was told it would be better to fix a known fault rather than request a replacement). I have since spent the past 2 weeks just trying to get them to confirm that they have received the phone and to give me an idea on when it will be sent back but they seem unable to answer these basic questions. The worst customer service I have ever received! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER.

Disgusting customer service!! I am still without a working phone despite it being 13 days since I had the phone delivered and 12 since I brought it to your attention!! When I am trying to keep thing afloat at work this is making my life really difficult and I have tried the phone lines and emailed various times and even messaged on facebook! I think i have been more than understanding but I really need a replacement!

Order my phone on the 2nd April.... still waiting for it to arrive. Ive sent emails but they just don't respond. There is no contact number. About to report to trading standards.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A WEBSITE OR COMPANY EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I spent £340 on a phone that was considered “GRADE A” and was heavily scratched on both the screen and the phone itself. DELIVERY TOOK 3 WEEKS

Bought faulty phone from them. Phone repaired by them. Phone broke again (same problem). Replacement phone sent out and that too broke. Returned phone and they’ve stopped responding to emails. Currently waiting on small claims court date. No phone, no money. Buyer beware.

I ordered a phone weeks ago from quick fix mobile Order number ID285247 It did not arrive and I kept being told to wait due to quality control issues I eventually asked for a refund several weeks ago and am still waiting for my £319 I keep being fobbed off by email from the company stating that I need to be patient and that my refund will be processed in 5 days 5 days keeps passing and no refund I have since read some terrible reviews about this company I will however go to every step to recover my money They clearly do not want to return my money

Held my money for over a month, no product received and then had to wait 4 weeks for refund which I still haven’t received. I wouldn’t order from these people. Service is disgusting and you can never speak to a person over the telephone. £600 they have had and refused to refund as per legislation.

I am currently trying to find out why I haven't recieved either a replacement or refund for a handset that was incorrectly delivered by UPS. I just keep getting the excuse that UPS haven't responded, however I have managed to get a response from them to note it was delivered to the wrong address. Not happy

I would leave a 0 if I could. Terrible company who do not have phone lines so you cannot contact them, you have to wait for an email and they will only reply to what they want. Online chat on there website is never available. Order an iPhone 7 for my daughter who was very excited having been isolated and not speaking with her friends. The iPhone didn’t come with the part where u insert a sim.. lucky I have an old phone that didn’t work so used that. When I turned the phone on the screen kept jumping from app to app and different conversations. The phone wasn’t even reset as it had pictures of someone on the phone as well as their apps. All in all it was completely terrible, they clearly do not check the phones they send and are extremely unreliable. I suggest you DO NOT use them to order phone as I’m sure you will be disappointed like us

the phone arrived and wouldn't accept any sim card so my son used only with wifi for games etc but now it wont charge either

Unfortunately I have been unable to get any response re a faulty phone DESPITE returning it as instructed. Have been forced (in March) to ask my credit card company to put a recall on the money paid to this company in January.
