Sent a phone out 4 weeks after paying in full , the phone needs to be on loudspeaker for me to hear , they have said I caused the damage and will not refund me I have taken it to small claims and will not let it rest , the reviews online are shocking

Had to process a charge back through my bank after weeks of excuses no contact number automated responses bank thank goodness reimbursed my account Read the reviews !!!

Please ensure you never trust this company with your hard earned cash. I am the victim of fraud. £247 taken 15th March for a phone that does not exist. Latest is I have to wait until 18th May for a refund, which I am sure won’t arrive. Never place your trust in this company.

Outrageous that they have been getting away with this for years and now blaming the pandemic , lucky I read reviews and advice online and contacted my banks fraud department who refunded me immediately , by law you can apply for a charge back from your bank 14 days after cancellation hope this helps, I will not be letting this matter rest !

ID 278211 Paid for phone 17th January, delivered 30th January, returned faulty 2nd February, refund to be credited within 14 days from 22nd February. NO REFUND AS PROMISED BY 21ST APRIL ( 2 MONTHS WAIT) NOW SAYING A FURTHER 5 DAYS WAIT. What do I do???? I find it difficult to understand how any business can behave in this manner.

Arrived faulty, returned to be fixed, another fault within a few weeks, returned to be fixed. They've had my phone six weeks, received emails at the beginning, but they've stopped communicating. Requested refund, heard nothing, no surprise! Looks like I'll need to go through Resolver or a small claims court to get my refund! ****AVOID****

Sent my phone to get the screen replaced. They have had it since January. It's just excuse after excuse. They have now blocked me in FB messenger and are not replying to my emails. About to start small court proceedings. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Bought an iPhone which turned out to be unsuitable for the purpose. Sent an email to customer service to ask about returns procedure and never got a reply. So £40 in the bin thanks

Order ID 16003979 Purchase completed on 3rd of April nothing dispatched of course now is 24 of April asked for refund I'm counting these 14 WORKING days and if I not get my money back I will report them to trading standards and I will take them to the court

16 business days after order was placed I still have no phone, only contact by email as no phone line. So far been fobbed off with lots of different excuses the latest being that all the phones they have failed the quality inspection so would have to wait another 10 business days to be dispatched. Order now cancelled apparently refunds take 14 working days - Avoid at all costs.

bought last year no problem this year !! order 2 phones after waiting 2 weeks was told phones unavailable so asked for refund 13th march promised refund within 2 weeks then no refund again complained said they would refund by 21st april yesterday ,complained again and told again accounts manager only deals with refund and call centre have passed message on.Can only think they have finance issues so will have to start chase through the courts before they go bust.nightmare stay clear

It’s been 4 weeks since Quick Mobile Fix said they would refund my £449. They haven’t refunded me. They still have my money. They have neither delivered my goods nor the refund of my money. It’s been over 9 weeks since I ordered the goods. Their customer services are not responding to me. Last time I submitted a TrustPilot review they “helpfully” responded that I should contact their customer services. Not much use if they don’t respond. Keep your money in your own bank account. Don’t deal with this company that takes your money, doesn’t deliver the product and doesn’t refund. To keep everyone informed, I will be posting new reviews while they still have my money.

The price and quality from this company is usually brilliant. However it is entirely let down by its customer service which appears to be only available by email as their “live chat” appears to go through email. I’ve ordered three time from this company, each time I have waited more than a month for delivery. Despite weekly promises “it will arrive this week”. This time I am fed up of waiting, I will not order from them again.
