DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have tried to buy an Iphone8, it was at a good price. After waiting 10 WORKING DAYS the phone does’t arrive. I chase and they promise me they would deal with a order ad a priority. After 4 WORKING DAYS I chase again and they say they are dealing with it and to wait. I really needed a new phone so I decided to cancel the order, the waiting time to receive my REFUND was 14 WORKING DAYS (Very weird). I waited and waited and now they haven’t paid and don’t answer my email!!!! THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY!!!! I will definitely report them to SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Disgraceful company who have still not responded either via email or phone to our complaints. I have not received the phone I ordered on 15th March and haven't received a refund either. I have Trading Standards involved and they are now looking into their Company.

Absolute shocking service. Ordered an iPhone, came broken. Got in touch and was told to send back. Then they shut up shop and are asking me to pay to have the same broken phone sent back to me! This has been going on over eight months now. All they do is ignore messages and make stuff up. No prospect of getting money back, obviously. Whenever I message under a new medium (Twitter, emails, Facebook etc...) they reply initially, but as soon as I give my order number they stop replying again.

This company should be taken to court theyr crooks lie and deny is all they know 13 e mails no response eventually when I put it on trust pilot they said I could cancel so I cancelled then told had to wait 14 days for refund these people are playing on the vulnerable scammers crooks should not be allowed to trade disgusting Nancy blane look on trust pilot please do not buy off these vultures

Dreadfull company avoid lie and deny is all they know after 5 wks I'm going to have to go through my bank I shall contact them today scammers feeding off the situation of the cover virus fodder avoid avoid avoid or open your window and through your money out it

Ordered 2 iPhones £800 on 28 March kept getting fobbed off with excuses for a month Eventually asked for refund never came so got the bank to do charge back and got it with 3 days Bad bad company never again

Don't conned promise phone doesn't arrive. Promise refund no refund excuse after excuse look at the reviews on other sites

Ordered a phone, and after paying for phone said 7-10 workings days!!! Working days have passed their using covid19 as an excuse and have to wait 5 more working days at minimum. Do not let fancy website fool you. Reported to bank as good not received and to trading standards

Avoid avoid avoid !!! Phone arrived after 37 emails !!! No customer service helpline Needs to be on loud speaker to talk , I believe this phone was sent to me damaged , the company are now saying I caused the damage I intend to take this to small claims Absolutely disgraceful behaviour

The iphone i ordered which was advertised as pristine arrived ten days after stated delivery timeframe of 7-10 days and having to email them every day . The phone was scratched on the screen and casing despite being advertised as pristine , the buttons also stick Avoid !

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered my phone in February and after 14 days never received my purchase. Over £150 and in May I’m still waiting for a refund and apology. They kept delaying my order delivery time and then canceled my order as soon as I complained. Would thoroughly recommend that you avoid this company. Should be investigated by trading standards.

It's an outrage that this company is allowed to continue trading.... I ordered a refurbished phone and was told it was in stock. I then decided to cancel the order the following day as I wasn't happy about having to wait 10 days before it was likely to be shipped. I also delved a bit deeper and found hundreds of reviews and negative feedback, which bolstered my decision to cancel. I was then told I'd have to wait 14 working days for a refund, which came and went. I sent them countless emails with no response so finally had to resort to filing a money claim through the Governments website. I'm glad to say that I now have been refunded but I'm still having to pursue recovery of my out of pocket expenses!

£410 Refurbished phone bought on 29th of March. I was told 7-10 working days for dispatch. No communication on where my phone was. Had still not been dispatched on 24th of April, when I cancelled the order. Waiting in the 14 working day refund period but I am not very hopeful that I will get it back- I will be going through my bank. A lot of wasted time, effort and money. Horrible experience, very stressed as I need the money now and they have kept it for over a month with nothing to show for it.

I ordered the phone at the end of March and after mail after mail ending with a threat of reporting fraud I was offered the same phone in a different colour. I've now received it a month later. I wish I had read the reviews. It looks like to me phones are obtained to order if you know what I mean? My advice is to steer clear of this company, I will in the future.

Phone came quickly and was as expected but without the headphones. The headphone option was £20 dearer, so I asked for the £20 to be refunded. After an email exchange spanning two weeks, where each new email came from a new employee asking the same questions, I was told I would be refunded £5. Apparently this is the cost of the headphones - yeah right.

Once the 10 day delivery had passed , I chased to find out where the phone I had ordered was and was told by email as there is no contact number for this company that it was in testing and would be a further week , a week passed and I was told it would be dispatched in the next few days , this did not happen , I cancelled the order 21 days into waiting , they have stopped replying to my emails and the bank is now handling my refund avoid !

Like most people on here I ordered a phone and then told it had failed QC checks and would be sent out the following week which it wasn't Numerous emails then asked for refund which again didn't happen in the end got my bank involved and they did a charge back within a week Dont keep waiting for them to refund you they are using excuses to keep your money for as long as they can Also put a review on trust pilot which was taken down which is a common thing on that site it seem qmf can take down any reviews they want
