sent phone for liquid damage repair on 30th March. Was told 7-10 working days. Heard nothing from them. Emailed many times but internittent responses just saying waiting to hear from technicians. After 4 weeks they emailed saying it would be another 10-14 workign days. After another 14 working days, nothing. Emailed them daily but no response. Asked for refund but no response. Now 12th May, and have still heard nothing. Awful customer service.

Cancelled order immediately after placing. This was 3 weeks ago. They took my money and said they would refund in 14 days, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. They're now ignoring me. Avoid!

Order should have included headphones, these were missing when order arrived. Six weeks and many emails later, headphones have still not been received.

Placed an order with them more than a month ago without seeing the product never. Every time I’m sending them an email asking for an update they come up with different excuses, like the phone is with quality control department, or the order will be dispatched by the end of the week etc. Not only that but any refund they are telling me it will take 14 days to see my money back in my account. I would just stay away from them.

Same experience as others, theY could NOT fulfil my order and wouldn’t return my money. 4 monthS later my credit card company came to the reduce AVOID

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered my phone in February and after 14 days never received my purchase. Over £150 and in May I’m still waiting for a refund and apology. They kept delaying my order delivery time and then canceled my order as soon as I complained. Would thoroughly recommend that you avoid this company. Should be investigated by trading standards.

I ordered iPhone on 5th April, order was confirmed (ref 292622 £575) , item was not delivered so after a period of Grace I cancelled. Refund supposed to have been received 8th May. Not received and now told that due to covid I will get on or before 16 June. This is appalling, all other companies are delivering and paying pretty much as normal. This company is holding on to funds. Do not use them

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE Don’t use Quick Mobile Fix. I tried to buy a phone from them. They took the money but didn’t confirm the order or give an expected delivery date. After emailing them I got several replies from different names but all saying exactly the same thing - a cut and paste response. After almost two weeks I cancelled the order. They said the refund would happen in 10 to 14 days. After the two weeks there had been no refund. Contacted them again and was told to wait an extra month. I now expect to have to chase these people legally to get my money back. READ THE REVIEWS. THIS COMPANY IS AS BAD AS THEY SAY

I made a payment of £107.98 on April 8th last for an iPhone 6s. It is now Wednesday 6th May which is over 20 working days since I made a payment. They have completely failed to fulfil the order. This company are a disgrace. Warning: Stay away. I will be making a complaint under Consumer Contracts Regulations and to any and every organisation and media outlet concerning this organisation.

This is a genuine customer I'm a pensioner I've pur loads of bad reviews about this dreadfull company they lie about everything told me delivery 1wk to 10 days then told me had been dispatched not to count wk end or bank holidays then that went past they told me I could cancel so I cancelled they then told me 14 for .y money to go into bank yes you got it still no money I'm a genuine customer these people are the scammers avoid avoid avoid or just through your money out the window I am signing my name Nancy blane theyr the scammers

Hi I ordered an iPhone on 27 March and after I bought the iPhone I changed my mind before it was dispatched and asked for a refund bu t they keep on changing my refund date this is bad nobody is saying anything to them taking money from other people and not giving it back this is terrible

Ordered phone on April 7. No sign. Emails back and forth, often with what I felt was a generic response which didn't address my queries. Received email on April 24 stating they had a phone available but in a different colour, available for immediate dispatch. I accepted the offer, expecting it to be dispatched immediately! No sign. More emails back and forth. Coronavirus was then blamed for the situation (which I fully understand is having a significant impact on most businesses) however I'm inclined to think this was an excuse. I asked if they actually had the model I wanted in stock - no reply to this. Have ordered a phone elsewhere this morn and have cancelled this one. Hope to receive full refund within their specified timescale of up to 14 working days. Very disappointed.

AVOID at all costs. Ordered phone on 4th May with the delivery date 18 th. Cancelled on 22nd. Promised money back in 14 days. Now they have extended refund for another month. Unbelievable. As said keep well away unless you want a load of real problems.
