I ordered my sons phone well over a month ago and was eating and waiting but phone never turned up so asked for a refund and was told it will be in within two weeks but still no refund so asked again then said 1st of June still none then emailed again and this time told by the 10 of June and aways the same excuse about COVIED! But I can’t just let this drop as it’s my sons who has learning disabilities and over £400 hundred pounds so please don’t use this company as you do t get what you have paid for or your money back!

Ordered a phone on 27th April was told will be delivered within 10 days I chased this up was told with the current situation will take longer so I waited still no phone so I requested a refund would take 14 days that’s come and gone there now saying refund will take longer due to government guidelines!!! £350 I will be opening a fraud case !! Total scammers avoid this company!!

Please avoid this company. I ordered a phone 3 months ago! And cancelled 2 months ago. And still no refund. I've lost £150 and come to the conclusion I will never get it back!! Have reported to my bank and trading standards!

Refunds are taking months, please don't use if you can't afford to lose money Having never received any service from this company and and being told it will take 14 days for a refund, now the 14 days are up it is now going to take another 30 days to process!!! They are trying to blame in on government guidelines, this is a copy of their email "Owing to the current Government guidelines a few of our departments are working with limited staff numbers and some refunds are taking longer than usual. I have requested our finance department to look into your order and they have advised that you will be receiving your refund on or before the 29th of June" Nonsense this is nothing to do with Covid and you can see that from articles in in which the company was visited by trading standard last year (just search for "EMECHEBE TRADING STANDARDS" giving rise to quotes from the article such as "I was desperate to make my son's birthday beautiful," she said. "I was gutted. Mistakes happen, but this is incredulous." The company is financially in net liability situation, around 3m of debt (public information from companies house), and very little cash liquidity, there are allegations online that they are using customers money to help keep the company afloat. The refund is a 24hour transaction, i have been waiting three weeks, and will be waiting another who know how many

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I cancelled an order as Quick Mobile Fix hit the 10-day mark and still hadn't given me a dispatch update, and I needed a new phone. I was then told it would take 14 working days to process the refund (which is ridiculous but I gave them the benefit of doubt). 14 days later... no refund. I've contacted them and they have said they need a further 2 weeks to refund me - for an item they never provided in the first place! This is disgusting, they are earning interest on my money without having provided a single product to me. And I cannot get a response from them through any channels.

Still waiting for refund since March for I phone cover which was never delivered on my order, small amount £14.99 +vat customer service really bad. Avoid this company

I bought a unlocked iphone 8 when i received the device it will not take any sim i put into it and always says no service ive tried everything

Ordered per-owned iphone to Ireland. Phone would not recognise sim. Customer service agents sent postal label that can only be used in UK. Company policy is contrary to consumer rights. They have refused to refund initial postage and the cost of postage to return item. They indicate that they welcome international customers but they don’t offer reasonable customer service to them.

I paid for a premium quality refurbished phone and I have had issues with it non-stop. Have followed the reset instructions sent several times over the last few months and the same issues persist. Not a reputable service or product, not what I paid for.

Absolutely terrible experience first ordered a phone which they advertised as in stock, waited 3 weeks and wasn’t delivered. Cancelled order have now been waiting nearly 4 weeks for my refund I suggest you avoid this company Also there is no telephone number all customer service is via email avoid this company

Avoid! Worst company I have ever dealt with, Advertised an ipad, which I paid for immediately, it never materialised,I never got the ipad,just lies and false promises. so I cancelled order and wanted a full refund, I was told upto 14days for refund, 14 days passed, more lies, They then said I would have to wait for upto another 3 weeks, more lies, All the time blaming covid 19 for staff issues in the accounts department. It doesn't take 2 mths to refund money I'm not bothered how short staff you say you are. Check out all recent reviews. It's all like this. TOTAL SCAMMERS. I have now got my bank returning me the money. Thx for nothing Neil. X

I ordered my iPhone on 18th April. The money was taken on 20th April. No phone had been delivered. No answer from their customer services, but every day a repeat email saying they don’t have the iPhone in the colour I ordered, so would I except another colour? I have now said ‘Yes’ eight times.... still nothing. It’s clear that they are advertising phones they don’t have. I paid by credit card. Can I get my money back? This company is the worst kind of joke....

Do not order from this company if you ever want a refund. I ordered a phone at the beginning of March which I had to cancel as their delivery times were too long for my daughters birthday. They said they would give me a refund by the 8th May!! More than 50 days after I cancelled the order. Guess what? 8th May has come and gone and no refund. I have now contacted my credit card supplier to let them fight it out. I believe the company is breach of it sales rights and will use any excuse not to pay a refund. Most of the positive reviews will probably be from staff. Read the negative ones first, then shop elsewhere.

I was sent a phone with a cracked screen. The refund process has taken nearly 2 months. It is such a joke. I couldn’t find a phone number anywhere so I could converse with a human, and when I asked for a phone number I was not given one.

I bought a phone, it arrived but was faulty so I returned it and they refused to refund the cost as they said the phone was damaged. It was fine when I delivered it to their courier. Very unhappy. Suggest you do not buy from quick mobile fix.

sent phone for liquid damage repair on 30th March. Was told 7-10 working days. Heard nothing from them. Emailed many times but internittent responses just saying waiting to hear from technicians. After 4 weeks they emailed saying it would be another 10-14 workign days. After another 14 working days, nothing. Emailed them daily but no response. Asked for refund but no response. Now 12th May, and have still heard nothing. Awful customer service.

Cancelled order immediately after placing. This was 3 weeks ago. They took my money and said they would refund in 14 days, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. They're now ignoring me. Avoid!
