“I bought a phone the last 9th of may. The phone never arrived. After a month I asked for a refund of my money and it didn’t arrived neither. I don’t think that it’s good idea to buy something with them.”

“PLEASE, DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS! - I bought a phone then asked for a refund because of the long delay until delivery. My order was canceled but my refund was never made. I'm still waiting. It's been nearly 6 months! I'm thinking of calling the police. Do not buy from these guys, if something goes wrong, you might end up like me!”

“I needed a new phone during lockdown whilst shielding for medical reasons. They were advertising on their website that they were ‘keeping people connected during COVID-19’ so I trusted they had measured in place for delivery. Their website offers free delivery, but states it can take between 5-10 working days. I placed and order for a refurbished iPhone 7 on 25/04/2020 for £147.99. When the phone hadn’t arrived 10 working days later I contacted them. The sent copied and pasted responses say that due to the pandemic they had delays and my order would be dispatched ‘soon’. I waited a few more days and the phone didn’t arrive. I contacted them and asked for a fixed date for delivery which they couldn’t give. I asked to cancel my order and for a full refund. Their website states refunds will take up to 14 working days, but never arrived. They now say it will be processed in July - 3 months after the order. Seriously bad service and I’d personally advise anyone thinking of using them to reconsider. I feel like I’ve been scammed and robbed at a time my family are suffering financially during lockdown.”

“No phone no refund 😢 I am similar to other posts, order the phone paid, told would have to wait due to staffing issues. I had plenty of time as I was getting the phone for my wife’s birthday in twenty days, asked for an update near the time told there would a further delay. So I cancelled the phone. Told it would be 14 working days which has now passed. I did get email response but they where not helpful just giving stock answers. I did get another phone from elsewhere and it was delivered the following day. Very disappointing, They have said that they have processed my money but it will take 5 days for the bank to process it. I prefer the phone on 30 March still waiting for my money back😡”

“Ordered a pristine condition refurbished phone which was faulty. Sent it back and they are now not honouring the 14 day money back GUARANTEE. We are expected to wait until the end of July until we get our refund and they are still advertising this guarantee. Reporting to trading standards”

“I returned a phone for a refund in February 2020. I contacted them in March as no refund paid They said there were delays in the returns department and I would be kept informed. I queried this again in May and they said it was lost and it was my fault for not checking the tracking of the return o their website. But that tells me nothing! They have replied to my emails three times with the same request for the tracking no and parcel no. And I have given it to them three times. Still no refund.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they take your money and then do not refund you . There are hundreds of reveiws on google and trust pilot all with the same story of not getting their money back. They promised me a refund after 14 working days. I havent had the money and now they say I have to wait another month for the refund. All I get it the same nonsense email back saying its due to covid but this is a nonsense and they have been scamming people for years according to the reviews. I'm now going via the bank to claim the money back that way and have reported them to trading standards. Its effectively fraud and an outrage they are still able to operate.”

“Like hundreds of other customers, my phone never arrived and QMF was of no help - gave no explanation why, no updates on where it was. Actually, the few responses I did get from customer service had such little relevance that they could have been for anyone, they clearly have a script to stick to so any response you get leaves you more frustrated, as there is no actual information pertaining to your order in it. I place my order in April. It’s now June. No phone, no refund. Customer service is a joke. Stay far, far away. Other sites have similar prices but are much more trustworthy, don’t be tempted by knocking a few pounds off the price - big mistake.”

“I cancelled my order after they gave me a very long delivery date. The phone never arrived after the cancellation so they promised a refund. 2 months on and lots of chasing they've now told me I wont get a refund because they claim it was delivered to someone with a different name!”

“Phone never arrived (ordered for my 70 year old mum during lockdown) despite me emailing to check it was on track and them reassuring me it was. Eventually they admitted they didn’t have it and said they would refund. This was March 16th, it’s now June 12th and still no refund although they are saying they have processed it. Got my bank involved as I refuse to give up. Bunch of thieving, lying fraudsters. If I ever get my refund I will update this review but don’t hold your breath.”
