“The phone was faulty and I am still awaiting my refund after 7 weeks.”

“The phone I received on 19May was faulty. I returned it on 29May and am still awaiting my refund 6 weeks later. I get no email replies from the accounts department and have been forced to raise a dispute with my credit card to get my money back, a very time-consuming process. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. I do not recommend them to anyone. Delighted for the opportunity to review them, however.”

“Re: ID300842 Bryan Returned phone for refunded end of May. Had conformation e-mail it had been received and I would be refunded within 2 weeks. Come end of June e-mail stated refund had been passed to accounts. Now 7th July and despite many requests still no refund. Quick mobile fix has sat on my £499.00 refund for 6 weeks now and still no refund ,only Broken promises Update. After my e-mail received another e-mail repeating it been passed to their accounts and again quoting another 24 to 48 WORKING hours delay. Maybe it’s time to contact my credit card. Been waiting and fobbed of since 28 May 2020”

“This is truly the worst online buying experience I have ever had. I ordered my phone in March after a month of waiting nothing arrive so I cancelled it. I was repeatedly told that my refund has been processed and that it would take 14 days then suddenly it was going to take a month after waiting and waiting I contacted them again on the date they gave me was told it would take another 14 days was told it would take another seven days was told it would take another 14 days and still no money! An absolute disgrace of a company. They are total fraudsters! Save yourself a lot of hassle and do not buy from them!”

“DO NOT USE THIS FIRM I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A REFUND SINCE THE END OF MARCH 2020 AND THE LATEST UPDATE FROM THEM IS I MIGHT GET MY £209 BY 23 JULY 2020. THE LATEST EXCUSE IS A PROBLEM WITH THEIR PAYMENT PROVIDER PREVIOUSLY IT DUE TO COVID 19 AND STAFF ISSUES”

“Cancelled order after non delivery and extended date but had already paid. Told refund would be in 14 days no money has been refunded still waiting now told because of COVID 19 and lack of staff I will have to wait until August. Not acceptable. Beware they do not tell the truth. owed over £300.00”

“QMF sent me a broken mobile phone in April 2020. I returned it the next day for a full refund (£339). They have lied (giving future dates for refunding) and stalled and lied again - and still no refund four months later. Please do not trust this company - it seems to operate on a near-scam system of financing itself through selling faulty goods and keeping hold of refunds.”
