never buy a phone off this site lost phone since March no refund blaming DPD and visa versa out of pocket and no refund still

Terrible company No phone arrived lost since March with DPD no refund All my sons savings went on this Customer service terrible takes days/weeks to answer an email dont use this company

Still not refunded me for a I pad that never arrived 5 months later still waiting for my money back can’t get hold of phone number just awful have solicitors and people involved now if I don’t get a refund in the next couple of days

Cancelled an order with them at the end of April and was promised a refund within 14 days, later amended to end June because of Coronavirus. I am still waiting for the refund. Avoid at all costs.

Never, never buy from these people. The phone was faulty and I tried to contact them by phone, e mail and social media without response. Finally got an answer and sent the phone back within the 14 days return period and then waited almost 3 months for a refund.

Absolute rip off orderd my phone in feb then never arrived so I emailed and they offered a refund so I accepted its now august the 2nd and still waitin all I get is empty promises in emails DISCUSTIN CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company is a con AVOID AT ALL COSTS READ THE REVIEWS...they and only after your money. Bought a phone middle of May and still no refund now saying end of August. You only have 4 months to make a claim after the purchase then you are stuffed if claiming using a Visa card through your bank and they keep your money. Do not use this company you have been warned ...!! The bad reviews are all valid

Would not recommend to my enemies. Ordered a phone repair along with secure packaging mid April. I had to chase for the packaging at the start of May. Another week passes and the packaging arrives, but no postage label as promised. More emails to get that sorted. They had the phone from mid May until the 18th of June and did not repair the phone. They simply sent the phone back to me as damaged as it was. I had to chase them via email to get an explanation, which was that they couldn't order the part. They said a refund is normally processed within 2 weeks, but due to covid it'll be 4 weeks. I ordered the part myself on ebay the same day and fixed the phone myself within a week at less than half the cost. It's now the 1st of August and still no refund, they are now saying it will be another month before the refund is processed. I wouldn't want to purchase packaging from this company again let alone another repair nor a new phone. My recommendation is to go elsewhere.

Phone came with a fault. Took 2months to sort out a refund as they kept saying they’d fix it but didn’t. Still waiting for the refund. Don’t recommend this company

I bought a second hand phone but it was faulty. I sent it back but the communication has been terrible with messages repeatedly asking for the same information despite me already providing the answers. Almost two months on and I am still waiting for a refund.

DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY. Still waiting for my £500 refund for the faulty phone I received in May. Not honouring 14 day money back guarantee that they are still advertising in their website. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. As has been said they operate on a near scam-like basis. I placed an order, only then was I told that the delivery would be almost a 3 week wait. It seems they take your money AND THEN go source the equipment. I couldn't wait that long and had to cancel the order. Over 2 months later still no refund. I've had to threaten court action to get a refund. Order placed in March. Refund received in June. Avoid at all costs.

Sent a faulty phone back to them and received confirmation of receipt from them on the 20th May and was advised that refund would take 14 days. After this time with no refund in sight I emailed and they told me it would now be 2nd July. Again no refund so emailed again. This time was told 24th July yet I have still not received my refund. I have emailed again but I have now been waiting over 2 months. It is not good and I would leave 0 stars if I could.

I ordered 2 phones on 3/4/2020, phones never arrived so I cancelled the order and as per T&C’s was promised a refund in 14 days. This never happened. Was then told a refund would come on 23/7- today. It’s still not in my bank. Got another date of 13/8. Why the delay? They keep blaming COVID. Useless and not impressed.

DO NOT order off these they just lie phone never came when meant to cancelled order because it was for a birthday present took 11 weeks and a lot of emails to get my money back £197, I got in touch with my bank and they said they could help so if you haven’t recurved your money back all you people do not let them get away with it GET in touch with your bank, company should be shut down

Phone was faulty. Return arranged quickly. They received it 6th June.....I’m still chasing the refund 2.5 months later!!! Not acceptable!
