“I am still waiting for my Refund this was the last contact from your company a month ago but I have not received my refund- Good evening, Owing to the current Government guidelines a few of our departments are working with limited staff numbers and some refunds are taking longer than usual. I have requested our finance department to look into your order and they have advised that you will be receiving your refund on or before the 27th of August I am aware this date is longer than our standard timeframe but I can assure you we are all working to ensure services to our customers are uninterrupted as much as possible. We appreciate your patience and are apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards Refunds Department Quick Mobile Fix I would appreciate it if this could be sorted ASAP”

“Ordered and phone start of july for my daughters bday and its now 26th of Aug and shes still without a phone i eventually cancelled my order and still have not got a refund so had to order a phone of another site and had it on 2 days”

“Terrible service DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !! Bought a bundle, never got the earphones, they ignored all correspondence. Not had the phone very long and is now faulty. Buy from somewhere else instead.”

“Have been waiting over 2 months for a refund on a product that was faulty. Deadline for the refund keeps being put back and missed. Would not surprise me if I am still waiting for a refund in several years time. Baffling company.”

“terrible faulty phone can't get my money back they still owe me £160 and taking them to the small claims court. Please don't use you may get luck and get a phone that works but its down to luck not because they are a good business”

“Do not use this company. You can send as many emails to them as you like but you will not get a response. Ordered a phone a month ago, was promised 7 to 10 days delivery and 4 weeks later I still have not recieved it. Reporting this to my bank to see if I can claim chargeback.”

“Paid for a phone in Jun. QMF couldn't provide and offered a damaged one at a reduced price or a refund. They were unable to provide pictures of the damage so I opted for the refund. The refund, promised within 14 working days, has yet to materialise (2 months later) despite several reminders. Now referred to my credit card company to resolve.”

“Phone never arrived and after cancelling in May we are still waiting for our refund. They tell you a date for refund and then add four weeks onto it. We are now being told 17/09/2020. I am absolutely disgusted by my treatment.”

“Absolutely horrendous - repairs sent weeks ago - still waiting on them - they are trying to charge for additional repairs and now claiming a once working phone doesn't work - customer service non-existent - webchat does not work - emails ignored - avoid at ALL costs”

“I am so disappointed with this service. I have received a faulty phone and still waiting for a refund and it’s been two months. the customer service I got was very poor I would not recommend anyone to buy a phone from this website They don’t have a contact number to contact them on so you have to email them and wait for days for three four days fir a reply”

“Absolutely abhorrent. Go elsewhere and save your time and anger. Bought a phone in May 2020, sent it back after 2 days as the battery was faulty, still waiting for a refund in August. Emails are ignored and no other way to contact them.”
