I am incredibly disappointed about the recent experience I had with QMF. After purchasing many times in the past with brilliant results, I ordered a phone nearly 8 weeks ago. Every time I chased the order up I was told there were delays due to covid and it would be out within the next week. Again and again I did this, unable to discuss via phone or chat (which was never available). I was assured that the phone would be delivered a fortnight ago, yet still nothing and so I cancelled the order (as ultimately this is a ludicrous length of time to wait for a new phone) Unsurprisingly, it is now taking a very long time to get a refund which I still haven't had and the email I had back was 'very disappointed I wanted to cancel' which further infuriated me, as I didn't want to cancel, I just wanted the phone I had ordered. My assumption was that you were out of stock of the phone I wanted, but rather than contacting me, explaining the situation and offering me an alternative, an upgrade or an understanding of the realistic timescale until I could expect it, you kept fobbing me off and lying to me about the situation. As a customer who has bought from you many times in the past, this complete lack of customer service means that I am unlikely to ever shop with you again.

I had a cracked screen repaired and a screen protector installed. The protector was not put on properly and the keyboard wouldn't function so I had to remove it. Without the protector my screen smashed again in my handbag. A total waste of money.

Still waiting for a refund from them for a faulty phone they sent me. It has been nearly 3 months and around 15 emails. They make continual excuses. I am going to wait a few more days to see if i can get a refund via my credit card else i will use the small claims court.

Do not use these . Bought a phone for my daughters birthday, worked for few weeks then wont even turn on. I tried numerous times emailing etc, finally got a reply with a link to sell it to them as a broken phone offering less than £20!

I ordered a phone from here on 23RD April , 3 weeks and several Emails later they still could not tell me when I would receive this phone so I cancelled the order .Initially they said I would receive a refund within 14 working days then it was going to be 17th July now they say 10th August . I have reported this to Action Fraud, I can see from reviews that many people are in the same situation and I urge you to report this , this company are clearly criminals .https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/

I ordered a phone that was meant to be in stock for work. Waited 2 weeks, nothing arrived so I’ve cancelled the order. It’s been a month now and I still have no refund. I do not recommend buying a phone from them and I certainly won’t ever again.

Dreadful company who do not refund for faulty products they sell. Ordered a phone at the beginning of April and it was faulty and i returned it immediatley. The company keep putting me off and changing expected refund date. I have now been given a date of 6th August. How can it take 3 months to refund my money? AVOID

Take them to court They don't like that. Pay £25.00 small claims court . Fill in a form, register a claim against them and get your money back. I did and won It will cost you £25 , you could claim that back as well but they are so crafty they refunded my money just before the deadline so not having to pay me the £25 court fees. Try it Avoid the stomach ache and wasted breath. I did and it worked

Quick mobile fix lie through their teeth Avoid them at your peril After 58 e mails since march I had to go to small claims court It cost me £25 They appear to have caved in because my refund arrived in the night Typical of them no e mail nothing. You have been warned.

Unfortunately my review is like so many others here. I ordered a phone and it didn't arrive. After a while I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. There followed a very long string of lies and excuses and the only way I got my refund in the end (after 70 days) was because my credit card company did a charge back. A shockingly bad company that lie and cheats money out of people. Absolutely don't use them unless you want months of frustration and being out of pocket.

After sales service is chaotic at best, and not at all helpful. My phone has an intermittent fault which I accept is not easy. It was sent back for repair and came back with the same fault. I asked for it to be replaced with another phone and this was agreed. I returned it to them and the same phone came back. They apologised and asked me to return it again - and guess what they sent the same phone back to me. I have told them I do not trust their systems and told them I would send my phone back to them after I receive the replacement. They have refused to do this. The saga goes on. I would never use this company again.

Ordered an iPad 2nd of April 2020. As of 10th July, no iPad and no return of funds. Countless emails sent With many dates confirmed for refund. No telephone number.

Absolutely awful, never had worse customer service. My phone arrived pretty much broken already could shake the phone and all the parts would move. Tried to send it back took almost a month for me with no phone, finally asked for a refund and I’m still awaiting it. By far the worst place to buy a refurbished phone.

I send my 2 iPhones for recycling In 2nd of June, and i still haven’t got paid. BEWARE!!! Don’t RECYCLE YOUR IPHONE/PHONES with them
