“They sent me the wrong size once again and haven’t replied to my email I just want my money back!”

“I ordered a phone over a month ago and it never turned up. UPS say it was delivered so I guess its mostly their fault but I have to say QMF’s customer service over the whole matter has been shocking and unhelpful. I’m hopeful it will get sorted eventually but I’m not happy with the way it has been handled.”

“Friendly service and went out of their way to fix my phone by the next day. They told me what to expect from my phone once it was fixed and rang me as soon as it was ready for pickup. They even lent me a phone whilst mine was being fixed.”

“Purchased iPhone 7 (good), slight crack in case but phone works well. Battery life could be better but to be expected as this is a refurbished iPhone. Would definitely recommend this as a cost effective way of replacing your phone. Would have been 5 stars but it took five days to dispatch even though item was in stock.”

“Horrible customer service. The phone is now two weeks late as of writing this and after contacting them via email they told me it would be put through priority last week however still says processing and now i am getting ignored by customer service”

“Bought a phone which after 2 weeks hadn't arrived!!!!!! Customer service was awful!!! Cancelled my order and still waiting 4 weeks later for my refund!!!!!!!! Kept getting excuses now being totally ignored!!!! Have contacted customer consumers and suggest other people do to!!!!!!!!!!”

“Have ordered from them before and the phone has lasted me years, I did order another as a gift but needed to take it back as the friend already had one as a gift and they were really helpful and helped me arrange for a return. Not had the refund yet but I'm sure they will be just as quick as they are with customer service and delivery. QMF ID: 244323”

“DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY Won't pay for phone they bought "Lost it" Sold my phone and sent it to them by Collect+ (tracked) The phone has "gone missing". They keep stalling on the payment for the phone. Very dodgy behaviour. I doubt I will ever be paid for the iPhone I sent them. QMP have been investigating this Collect+ tracked insured delivery for over 5 weeks now. It is too long. Just pay for the phone, you have postal insurance. Claim on it and pay me. It was sent nearly 3 months ago! - not quick at all. If this is not resolved within 1 week I will file a money claim in the court. Everyone can see this for themselves how difficult is it to get through to the company to try to get them to pay. Call the company's number 0208 5000 308 - you will be number 30 or 40 in the queue calling for over an hour.... and then simply cut off! Try it! Dodgy. No reply to emails for weeks on end. Very poor.”

“Do not use this company- ordered a mobile with a 7 working day delivery ( paid the money) 7 working days passed & still no delivery. Then received an email informing me a 2 week delay, so I cancelled & still haven’t received my money back ( 1 month later). Now having to contact my credit card to sort out. Thank goodness I paid on Credit Card.”
