“I ordered an iPhone 7 Plus from here and it came a day or two after expected however this was no problem. The phone came in perfect condition and after using it for 2 weeks there have been no faults with it. I would recommend quick mobile fix.”

“Waited 12 days for the phone which in 2019 is too long. Phone is good condition outwardly. But camera doesn’t work. Getting by with it as we don’t want to wait to get it repaired. Not sure I’d buy another phone line this.”

“If I could rate 0 I would. Bought a phone a month ago. Two weeks after hadn't received it. After hours on hold finally got through to an adviser. Asked to cancel order and to be given a refund. Still awaiting refund. I have contacted trading standards. This is disgusting service. They have no intention to send you the product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Should have read the reviews first.”

“My son ordered a £388 Iphone on the 5/7/19 which should have been dispatched by 16/7/19......but nothing! My son made contact and once again was told a phone would be dispatched in 14 working days but he decided this was not good enough and asked for a refund. Three emails later and being told every time this would be referred to their financial department and we will hear back in 24 hrs still no refund! Today I have contacted fraud action and made a complaint. It is impossible to make contact via their phone number as the wait is always 30+ long. Please people read these reviews before thinking about buying from this company! We certainly would NEVER consider using them again! Diabolical customer service”

“Ordered a £200 phone, waited a month and nothing, my order still hadn't even been dispatched!! Then I decided to cancel my order as I was fed up of waiting, and I am still waiting on my refund. They say within 14 days but I am still waiting, after waiting nearly a month for a phone that didn't come. I don't understand their reasoning for the length of time before they seem to complete anything. I have sent emails asking for updates, to ensure it was processed, and never got responses. Then spent 1 hour and 30 mins on hold today trying to speak to someone, only to be told it'll be with me in a few days. No customer service, huge waiting times to get to speak to anyone, and for a UK based company, you can expect to wait longer than international time frames for a product that should be received within a week. Will not ever think of using this company again!”
