“Do not use this company. I only managed to get my order dispatched by complaining after waiting over a week. When the device arrived it was faulty and I’m still waiting for them to supply me with a return label and they are now ignoring my emails. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY”

“Lessen learnt customer service are not willing to help in any way. Don't expect phone before you retire as what says available is not or arrival you wil be in debt with phone bills asking where it is and new phone not what you asked for substandard Compamy who don't care about what you think”

“More likely to send you nothing quick,take your money quick,nothing quick about customer service or refunds. My own experience was of receiving a faulty phone,weeks later still waiting for shipping label to return. Avoid. Plenty of reputable places to trade with. Check reviews before you wave goodbye to your money. I personally think a lot of the reviews are fake saying how good they are. These usually arrive when many consecutive bad ones appear. An everyday occurrence on all review platforms. Despite unsubscribing from their emails,i believe this is the 4th different one asking for review,still as poor a review as you'll ever get,so stop asking. Still getting spam emails for review on various places. Still rubbish.”

“The delivery time was not met. Attempts to call the Company were a waste of time-my time-as there was always a huge backlog of calls and in the end I gave up. Email contact was more fruitful although the delivery timescales were still over-promised and not met. Product when it finally arrived met expectations but customer service poor.”

“I’ve been trying to contact for days. There has always been over 20 people before me, not been able to hold due to work. I’m currently on hold and have been for 1hr 10 minutes, 6th in line. You need to employ more customer service operatives if you want to be taken seriously as a reputable company, an absolute joke and has completely ruined my shopping experience.”

“Bought an iPhone 7 from Quick Mobile Fix, advertised as “basic bundle”. Took three weeks to arrive but exceeded my expectations. For less than £200 I have an A’s new iPhone 7. I am so pleased, thanks QMF.”
