“Using Quick Mobile Fix to buy a good quality iPhone was simple and straightforward. I'd definitely use the service again. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the time it took to receive the phone - the T&Cs said it would be shipped "within 10 working days" and it was shipped on the 10th day; I suspect that most items get shipped in that time frame so a clearer statement to manage expectations would be that it "usually takes 10 working days, and not more, to ship items". Other than that, the service was good.”

“12 working days and still awaiting the delivery of my order. Unable to contact QMF via email of phone call. Strongly discourage ordering through QMF if you need a swift delivery period and high quality communication throughout the order process. Read all of the reviews below!!! #disappointed”

“Purchased Grade A iphone 6 bundle. Price reasonable at £200. Took full 10 days before the phone was dispatched. This in itself was frustrating as I couldnt get an update when the phone would be sent. Telephone contact is impossible as no one picks their phone up. I began to question if this company were scammers and the deal not genuine. However, when the phone arrived it looked in mint condition. My confidence was restored; momentarily! It very quickly became apparent that the home button did not work and also the phone would not receive calls / ring when receiving calls. We didnt check all the other functionality but these were quite basic aspects that the phone was not fit for purpose on, despite it being "Grade A and in perfect working order" We sent the phone back in the post and waited for a response. Its been 10 days now and I am still waiting to know what action is being taken. I dont know if and when I will get a refund or a working replacement. I do get responses to my emails along the lines of someone will contact you, but that communication hasn't materialised yet. Don't even bother trying to ring Quick Mobile Fix - no one answers the phone, in my experience. I think the products are keenly priced but I have lost faith in the quality of their testing. I purchased a Grade A phone that yes certainly looked Grade A but if it doesnt work properly what is the use! However my biggest disappointment with this company has been the poor communication and length of time taken to respond to queries. This is in reference to after the order was placed and also now the after sales customer support. I have been without a working phone for weeks now because my money was tied up with this purchase and the time it takes Quick Mobile Fix to do anything. There is nothing 'quick' about their operations from my limited experience. I would like to be able to update this review with a happy ending maybe in a few days. Let's see. ID191445”

“Sent my phone in for recycling and they signed for my phone the 01/09/2018. I have contacted on more than 20 occasions and now on the 16/10/2018 i still haven't had no payment and no phone. Absolutely disgusting service and £390 still owed.”

“Took 10 days to arrive Purchased a grade A iPhone 7 and the battery power was poor and the screen colour was poor Had to send it back and had to chase them for a refund which took over a week Phone lines are always busy and took ages to get through”

“Brought an i phone 6 foe my son and Part of the screen would not work when typing so could not even get past the set up stage to put the wifi password in. When they say to contact us is a joke, no one answers the phones or they take so long in replying to emails. Avoid at all costs!!”

“ORDER ID 184183 ITS BEEN OVER THREE WEEKS SINCE I WAS TOLD MY MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED IN 10-14 WORKING DAYS! PLEASE SEND MY REFUND TODAY...I AM DUE £760 IF THIS IS NOT HANDLED IMMEDIATELY I AM CONTACTING THE AUTHORITIES. “I received my order very quickly well wrapped, there was an issue with it however I contact quick fix they responded immediately and sent free postage to return to sort issue out. They then contacted when they received it to give me an update”
