Shocking customer service. Returned a faulty phone for replacement a month ago, still not had a replacement. Refusing to issue a refund and don't reply to emails. No phone number to speak to them, and no idea when we will get the product we paid over £500 for 2 months ago.

Horrible service and they did not refund me my money since 3 months now. I ordered an refurbished iphone in a prestige version. First they didn't ship it for almost a month, than they did not accept my withdrawal from the contract and send me a phone with a malfunctioning battery. I did send it back within the 14 day periode to receive my refund. This was in December and I still did not receive my money. If the customer service is responding, they find excuses and now they are not even responding anymore. I submitted a claim and hope that they will at least react to this.

Ordered a iPhone XR red in December for Xmas present. They contacted said they can’t provide a red one so I asked for refund. They have 14 day ‘fob off’ period where they basically fob you off saying they will give refund after this time Which is disgraceful in itself as since when does it take 14 days to process a payment!!! - I have never received the refund of £499 - don’t be fooled into thinking the reviews left on trust pilot are genuine they removed mine as I left a bad one. Shocking company do not buy from them had to go through credit card for a charge back. What a joke!

Avoid this company. Paid them for an iPhone 8 Plus. They took my money and then didn’t send any confirmation or phone. Subsequent dealings have been woeful and it feels like they are laughing up their sleeve. Bank fraud team looking into them. Avoid at all costs!

I placed an order for iPhone 7 Plus on 30th December and the money was taken immediately from my bank £249.99. I was told the phone would be delivered within 7 working days. 7 days passed no phone - I emailed them and they advised the delivery would be within 10 working days - waited still no phone - I chased them on email again and received no response so I sent an email on 14 January cancelling my order which they acknowledged and advised me my refund would be with me within 14 working days . Still no refund I have chased them daily by email and finally received an email advising me my email had been sent to the relevant dept - I can only assume that department is the bin. This company accepted payment for an order in which I don’t believe they even had the goods - have had my money now since 30th December. Would advise anyone looking at this company to AVOID at all costs . I now have to go through trading standards and the financial ombudsman to fight to get my hard earned money back .

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I purchased a iphone xs max was told they had delay in quality control waited 7 days like they said, i contacted then to be told sry delay again wait next week waited again a week and contacted again was told 100% i will get this phone in my possesion the following week at present its 04/02/20 during this time my dealings with them have mostly been on there live chat where i have been told numerous times do i want to cancel which also takes 14 days for refund on top of all the wait already i spoke to a manager last week who phoned me and basically put the nail in the coffin telling me i will recieve my phone on 05/02/20 well after asking for confirmation this is still the case in live chat i was told again next week i went beserk and they basically cancelled the order and have told me i will get refund in 7 days well no more waiting i will guarantee my refund by simply doing chargeback with my bank this company just lies everything is snail pace all the problems they are facing become ur problem u be patient becuase you want the goods and they take the mickey i feel i need to let people know my experience everywhere i can so people avoid this company i will goto action fraud i will go on every review site i can find and tell the truth i will speak to my lawyer i will speak to the financial ombudsman i want to hurt tere bsuiness now its a vendetta

I had very bad experience with this company I ordered 2 iphones on the 15th december for my kids they sent them out with not putting my door number on delivery and they got delivered back to them they said they would sent my order back out still nothing on the 1 February to speak to them today after so many emails to them and they tell me they're going to refund my money within 14 days I dont think it's very good customer service and I wouldn't trust this company ever again. Be care full when ordering items from them. Bad customer service

I purchased IPhone 8 recently. I am so happy with my purchase. After my order I received my mobile on time as promised. I am so pleased as customer service is absolutely brilliant as they kept me informed. Thanks for everything QMF. I have recommended QMF to all my friends. My thanks again & again. Would prefer 0 stars! Never use this company. They will happily take your money and not deliver your item. You can’t even speak to someone to discuss their shoddy service!

I ordered 2 phones from quick Mobile Fix before Christmas and was told that they could only deliver one and was offered a refund. I received the one phone promised but have since not had the refund despite me emailing and the company telling me I would receive it by the 21st January. They have since not responded to emails. I wouldn’t use the company again, the service is better from other preowned phone companies and the packaging is better.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ... they should not be aloud to trade, I placed an order 1st December QFM cancelled my order and said I would get a refund after numerous emails and lots of promised dates that I would received a refund I still have nothing on 1st February!!! This company is embarrassing don’t waste your money for a cheap deal like we tried too!
