I attempted to place an order for 2 phones, due to a technical glitch their end the order didn’t go through. I spoke to their support team via email who assured me no money would be taken as the order had failed. The money WAS taken and they are now ignoring all my emails about returning my money

DO NOT USE!!!!! Did not receive phone after 4 weeks. Complained, and was then offered a refund which I never received. Quick Mobile Fix then became impossible to contact, not replying to any of my emails which is doubly frustrating as they have no phone number you can call them on. Luckily I was able to get my money back through raising a dispute through my bank. Stay well away from these crooks.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would because I placed an order for a reconditioned phone on the 17/09/19 this was a present for my daughters birthday which would never arrive! After not hearing anything from them for a good number of days I sent them email after email which eventually was answered with rubbish like they have had to recall goods for testing blah blah blah. After giving in with waiting I decided to ask for a refund which I was then told would take up to 14 working days!!! Well after not receiving my refund in the ridiculous length of time they had set out I informed my bank who dealt with them directly and reimbursed me while the investigation was on going. I have no doubt that this company is fraudulent and would steer we’ll clear of them!!!! 11/11/19

Have had no issues previously when under the name 'Quick Fix Mobile' ordering two refurbished iPhone's with fast delivery service within a week. Ordered a simple and basic easy to use iPhone 5C for my mum on Wednesday 30th October expecting to receive the order within a week, as I did with my previous orders. Left a message one Wednesday that was blatantly ignored. Sent an email asking for a 10% discount for the delay in the delivery, got a rude reply saying it only the 5th working day with deliver within 7 days. Friday was the day 7 if you exclude the weekend. Emailed again asking for a full refund if they do not deliver by midday this coming Monday, still waiting for a reply. Customer Services made me feel guilty for making an inquiry and asking for a discount when they know they are in the wrong with customer dissatisfaction rather than satisfaction. Please be truthful and honest saying we are out of stock. Hopefully they go into liquidation that they fully deserve after reading other reviews from other unhappy customers not getting a full refund! Poorly managed with rude and arrogant money grabbing customer service team members. Great shame was once a great company that have been taken over by Cowboy Directors.

Don't take customer orders. If you can't keep the time frame for dispatch your orders. Appears you take customer orders and payment without having stock. This seems common practice for you business....

This company treats its customers- they deserve 0 stars!, I wish I could leave zero stars!. This company should be investigated. Usually, I don’t normally review- but had to this time to warn others. They promise a phone within 1 week , I emailed them on several occasions and finally received a response to be told the phones would be dispatched between 1-4 days, but nothing delivered even after 3 weeks. So I've cancelled the order and have been informed refunds will be processed within 14 working days!. Even after 14 days, they didn’t initiate refund, After messaging them yet again , but no response for any email update and also can’t reach them via message. Had to get HSBC involved & Divide buy company to pursue them for a refund. All you get are automated emails as a reply. Where are trading standards? The company is either clearly close to liquidation or they truly do not care for hard working people. AVOID AT ALL COST.I can't believe they're top of Google search engine! They need to be removed and reported to the relevant body!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'm soo hangry with myself for not reading these reviews before. I don't need togetherness into details because it's just a repetition to what has been said here hundreds of times. Bought the phone almost a month ago, they didn't met the delivery times, email back, excuses, excuses, now I asked for refund and been told I have to wait 14 days! Since when and why?? Appalling service and company. As said before, they sell the phones even though they don't have them in stock. They'll then make you wait until they get one to refurbish and send to you. Email comunications are just templated excuses. STAY AWAY

I purchased a phone back in October, cancelled after 7 days of not receiving phone and investigating company. They agreed to a refund. I've chased the refund which hadn't turned up in due time but they are not responding to my e-mail, their phone line is automated and suggest using the online chat tool which isn't manned. None of their retail practice adheres to their Terms and Conditions. I have reported them to Action Fraud (0300 1232040) and launched my bank into a dispute. Avoid at all costs!

Waited three weeks for the phone I bought to arrive. Phoned them to ask when I could expect it, was told it would be another two weeks because they hadn’t put it through quality assurance yet. Cancelled the order, was told refund would be with me in 14 working days.... 14 working days later, still no refund.

Bought an iphone 6s and as soon as I used it, it kept constantly crashing and was unusable. Would not recommend.

Please,Please, Please do not use this company they are quick to sell any problems forget it and say goodbye to your money , try to call waste of time , e-mails I’ve given up Please ,Please do not get ripped off.

I orded a refurbished iphone 7 in August and cancelled it 2 days later as needed it fast. was given two different dates for refund and no money arried, sent them a recorded delivery letter saying i will give them 14 days to refund me my money and still no refund.Contacted citizens advice and they told me to do claim back on my credit card. Finally got my refund from my bank .The whole process took nearly three months.Orded a phone from someone else who were great would never order from quick mobile fix ever again.
