Keep away from this so called ‘company’ 3 weeks I waited to be told they cancelled my order disgusting service can’t get through on the phone the online chat is always off

They received my phone for repair early/mid-November. Despite them stating on their website that they repair and send devices back within 24-48 hours upon receiving, I'm still waiting over 3 weeks later. I'm constantly having to chase them up for updates and all I get back are lies about when it's expected to be completed. First it was "It'll be repaired asap", then "24-48 hours", then "48-72 hours", then "1-2 weeks". And a week later, it's still "1-2 weeks". They say it's because of a Black Friday rush, but there are the lies again, because they received my phone well before any Black Friday sales. And if there is a rush, then they really need to hire some temporary staff. I know the repair I need doesn't take long, so how can a phone they received 3 weeks ago still be in a queue to repair? How big was the queue before my phone arrived with them?! And what's really weird to me, is that they keep asking me every time I email them if I would like them to just return my device without repairing it and receive a refund....but why on Earth would they be turning down business like that?! Surely they want my money and would do anything to keep me as a customer? Business 101, no? It's just so suspicious. Especially seeing as they don't actually seem to refund their customers according to other reviews. So really, just don't bother with this company. They clearly don't care about their customers whatsoever. Broken promises and a website full of lies. It'll save you so much stress and money to go with someone else.

Appalling response time for queries. Reported a faulty item after 24 days of receipt (camera microphone broken) - 3 months after initial report of faulty phone I FINALLY received the 'repaired item' - but it's still broken! They are now refusing to respond to my emails demanding a refund for not providing the product & service I paid for.

Terrible service. Still waiting for my money back and now contacting citizens advice and my bank is requesting the money back. Disgusting service been waiting since the 8th November for my money. I have emailed and used live chat to no avail. They refuse to respond!!! They owe me over £600 and shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Ordered phone . Waited for a long time , then kept being delayed . Finally gave up and asked for refund . Told two weeks took about five . Thanks goodness it’s over

I bought a phone off you which turned out to be faulty so I returned it to you some weeks ago to be fixed replaced or for a refund. I have still not had a satisfactory outcome from you. this makes your service very poor.

I returned the phone I paid for as it it didn't type and looked like it had been excessively used. They still haven't paid my money back to me and have completely ignored all of my emails asking them to return my money. They now now send me special offer emails with mention of even receiving any emails. Unbelievably and blatantly rude, I feel like I've been brushed off.

AVOID!! After buying and PAYING an iPhone 8 Plus last September the 8th, and not receiving anything but excuses for a month, I canceled the order and as of today 26th November I am still waiting for my refund. If you care about your hard earned money, buy elsewhere.

Extremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service! My order failed (technical glitch their end) and I was assured no money would be taken from my account, the following day the money WAS taken from my account! Having no joy getting a refund from quick mobile fix so have now got my bank involved!! This company doesn’t even deserve the one star rating! I’d avoid at all costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Paid for iPhone screen repair, charge cable and screen protector two weeks later and several messages To The so called customer services and still no products and a broken screen. No apologies and still fighting to get a refund. Currently £52.98 down and having to pay elsewhere to get the phone fixed.

DONT buy anything off this site!! I purchased a iPhone 8 and had to cancel my order because it never came. I asked for a full refund and I still haven’t got it and I don’t think I will! They are robbers!

Stay away from this site. They say they have phones.... The phone was never delivered. They keep you awaiting for weeks more than 1 month on my case... But even if you ask full refund... They disappear... No reply at all... I had to contact visa for my full refund. The guy in visa told me other guys had the same issue with the same website. Just stay away
