Do not deal with this company.They failed to meet delivery schedule,agreed to cancel order and refund within 14 working days,missed that as well. Finally got my money back after a further four week of sending them emails.They have no customer phone line a chat system that doesn't work and they are not very good at answering emails. A painful and not to be repeated experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I was sold an iphone which does not work. Despite it being under warranty they will not respond to my emails. Avoid at all costs. Would give zero stars if it was an option as 1 star is being to nice for this joke of a company

Waited two months for my refund as they couldn’t dispatch my phone! Still waiting for my money and now it’s in the hands of my bank disputes team. Avoid this company at all costs. There are better ones out there

Terrible company liars and thiefs take your phone and your money,if you want a refund they make it very difficult and make you wait weeks if you get it atol Avoid at all cost plenty good companys out there use one of them and keep away from this joke of a company!

After sending at least 5 emails mostly without response, (no contact number to be found anywhere on the website and icon for their live chat never on), i am still waiting for a request for a refund of a phone cover I ordered and paid for at the beginning of November to be acknowledged, as I still have not received the item

DO NOT,I REPEAT DO NOT do business with this lot PLEASE I BEG YOU DO NOT, now you’ve read this your need your head tested if you do.i ordered a phone and got so fed up with the wait and I did get emails saying it would be with me within 1-2 weeks every time I enquired but gave up; then asked for a refund they gave me a date for this to happen but guess what it didn’t and it hasn’t ,DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY.

disgusting company stopped replying on emails to me which happens to be the only way you can contact them as the chat never is accesible and the phone number is offline. lied through their teeth that my phone would be sent out but still waiting. 600 payment taken instantly yet fail to receive anything 3 weeks later. Going to visit them face to face on monday if it fails to arrive by saturday!! these scumbags cant treat people this way!!!!! AVOID this useless shambles of a company at all costs!!!

very very bad service ordered phone in November as a Christmas present - still haven't got phone, still haven't received confirmation asking when it will be delivered and have now emailed on numerous occasions. they don't have a phone number you can ring citing that you can chat to them on line, web site shows NO CHAT box. I would suggest you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not deliver in 7 days !!!!

Lack of communication. No chat bot as advertised only email. Don’t have a phone number. Very disappointing. Ordered on 29th November despite sales coming up soon so I would have the item on time and have still not received the item or any compensation for this delay. I am basically being told that I am being penalised through late delivery from their choice of carrier and it tethering problems. Would not order with them again unless they really sort out what they are doing with my order ASAP.

I ordered and paid over £500 for two i-phones on 15th Oct. I expected them within 14 days as advertised. I needed them to take abroad with me on 14th Nov. By this date they were still prevaricating about the delivery date so I cancelled the order and bought the phones elsewhere. On 14th November they told me I would get a refund within 14 days. I am still waiting for my refund and reminding them regularly through customer support, but they are now stonewalling me. Not sure I'm going to get my £500 back without recourse to law. I really don't need this hassle.

Bought a iphone 8 full bundle it arrived without the plug. When I contacted them about this they first said we will contact the warehouse and send one out.After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I contacted them again This time they said they have ran out off plugs so I'm still waiting about 6 weeks after I had my phone.

Poor service, no communication of how the order was Being processed, And you can’t speak to anyone If you have a query just the daft email service they have. Took just over 2 weeks for the phone to arrive. Don’t be fooled with 24 hr dispatch. Still took well over a week before they posted it 24hr dispatch. The phone itself is absolutely fine, but if I had known how long it was going to take I would have ordered it from elsewhere. I suspect they only refurbish phones to order

Hi Michael, we do actually state that dispatch takes 7 - 10 working days. Delivery is next working day with UPS. Thanks, QMF

Bought a grade iPhone X Ear speaker is messed up as well as normal speaker make sqeeky noise. Really not happy with this service.

Ordered iPhone 8 on 31st October 19. Said phone has been shipped out 1 week later. Never received it. They said delivery problems with Amazon and that phone being sent back to them. I wanted a refund. They said they could not give until they reviewed the phone. Today 41 day since I placed my order. Still no refund. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would !! They take your money and fail to send the phone you have ordered !! Asked for a refund which was agreed to but you sit ! Wait ! Wait and wait !! They will stop replying to your e mails and have no intention of giving you back your money !! Time for some home truths on social media so people stop using this so called company !! Keep well clear !!!!!

Your service is the worst I have ever come across. Ordered a iPhone X on the 27th October. Received on 14th November (later than the 7 day delivery conformation) and the phone was faulty. Returned on the 15th November (you received it on the 19th November). Today is the 6th December and the issue has still not been resolved. We have asked for a full refund as we have lost all faith and trust in your service.
