The iPhone looks ok but the connection is very poor it keeps losing connection from my broadband every other phone in the house works fine

do not buy from this company i placed an order on 23rd October (its 22/11 now) this was cancelled and I was promised a refund within 14 days, no refund yet and after several ignored emails I have received an answer back saying there is issues wit the account team and the refund will be with me on the 10th december. i have been on to citizens advise and trading standards who are investigating but looking at any reviews it has taken people months and months to get a refund

Thieves and scammers, I bought a phone from them because it had a bargain price, the phone turned out to be broken and I sent it for repair. After two weeks I got a message that the phone was repaired and sent back to my address, the phone didn't reach me and according to their phone someone answered and I don't know who it was and they can't do anything! I lost money! I hate this store! Thieves and scammers

The worst company I have ever come across. Advertised stock on their website then happily took my money and failed to deliver. Ignored repeated requests for information / updates. Ignored a recorded delivery letter. I had to get Citizens Advice Bureau and now Trading Standards are involved. Also - their chat window is non-existent and if you ring the obscure and hard to find phone number for them, you get a recorded message (which I wouldn't be surprised if they are scamming money from) telling to use the non-existent chat window! They ended up cancelling my order 2 months after taking it (with no explanation) and holding onto my money for a further 2 weeks after that (with no explanation) before finally issuing a refund. I actually considered phoning the police about this company at one point. When I enquired about compensation for my stress, wasted time, their failure to deliver their side of the contract, and for holding my money for so long, they simply refused. My advice is, under no circumstances go anywhere near them. As I say, I am an experienced business person and I have never come across any worse behaviour from a company than from this one.

My phone took 4 weeks to arrive rather than a week and so it was not here for my daughter's birthday and I had to by another phone to make sure she had a present. Customer service was awful, taking ages to reply and no way of contacting them by phone. I asked for a refund 3 times and instead eventually received the phone. Having said that, the phone is in great condition and so I hope to be able to sell it on, but won't be using this site again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have used Quick Fix Mobile a few times and have usually been satisfied with their service. However this time, I am utterly annoyed. I ordered an iPhone on the 2nd of November, Quick Fix promptly took the money from my account and I received a confirmation email where they promised the phone would be dispatched within 7 working days. On the 8th working day I sent an email to Quick Fix asking what was happening as I had not received an email about the dispatched. I received an email back informing me the phone was in quality control and would be at most another 4 working days. I was a bit annoyed however I allowed Quick Fix the 4 working days they promised. We are now 6 working days later and I sent another email asking where my phone was I received an EXACT COPY AND PASTE of the email they sent me 6 days ago! I am beyond annoyed. Absolutely disgusting. This company does not care about their customers! Do not promise to dispatch something within a certain time if you cannot keep it. I will be contacting watchdog and I encourage other people to do the same. THIS COMPANY MUST BE STOPPED!

Terrible experience. Ordered Ipad 2 weeks before my daughters birthday, after 7 days had passed (promised delivery date) I received generic emails saying I must wait 4 working days we are testing the item. That went on for 1 month. I asked to cancel at this point. 8 weeks since ordering and I havent had my refund of almost £400 back or even a response to my emails asking when the money will be paid back. AVOID THIS COMPANY. NO CONTACT NUMBER AND FALSE PROMISES

Would not recommend this site if you wish to purchase a refurbished phone , as they take your money and hope you forget about the order. When you try to contact them about your order, you can’t speak to a human and no one responds on the chat service or on email. I had to contact my credit card company to request a refund, on doing this I received my phone two days later after waiting three weeks with no contact at all.

After ordering a phone for my daughter present it wasn’t until after paying that I notice it say can take 7days for delivery. Still waiting after 10 working days 2 full weeks still not had order now they are saying will be another 4 days and they ignored the part we’re I asked for a refund in stead music magpie do not take this long. They were responding fast on email until I asked were I leave a review they still have not replied either. Will never use these again and let’s hope I have the order by the weekend as promised it’s a joke. They clearly advertising phones they dnt even no if ready to sell Quality checks should be done before advertising the phone

Absolute cowboy company DO NOT buy anything from this site!!!!!! They ignore your emails, they don’t refund your money you have to get your bank involved to act on your behalf to get your money back!!! When you do get a response they say delays in quality assurance dept, delays in delivery, delays in finance dept for refunds, and then advise it will take two months to get a refund if not longer!!!!

I’m really upset , I bought this phone on Saturday night on my grandads credit card with his permissions as I needed a knee phone badly , after reading these reviews I feel very un easy and I’m scared that this won’t show up and I’ll be scammed I was looking really excited to this as any 11 year old girl would like me and now I’m not very excited I just feel a little bit upset and I need reassuring

Awful company to deal with, sent my phone off for repair to fix its cracked screen, no update to say been delivered (had to contact the delivery company for confirmation) then when i do email, contact number listed refers you back to their online chat that does not work, hardly get a decent reply let alone a email back. Its got to the point now that I've gone to the financial ombudsman to investigate them and where my phone is. I feel sorry for people that have parted with 100s of pounds to purchase phones. Stay away from these jokers
