“phone took longer than advertised to deliver and then when it finally arrived it was faulty. Use these at your peril. Quite simply, if the phones works then its all good, if, like mine, it doesent, then the fun begins”

“Phone ordered didn't work returned to be told you are now fixing and could be further 5-7 days. You were supposed to have carried out various checks before sending me the phone and this was clearly not the case. Still waiting .........”

“The phone was fine. It wasn't sent out until the end of the day on the 7th working day after I placed my order. I had sent two emails asking if there was anyway it could be sent out earlier as it was for my daughters birthday, but they replied it wasn't possible. They do say 5-7 working days on their website but also say they normally send them out earlier than that. So the delivery was disappointing but otherwise everything was OK.”

“do not purchase from quick mobile fix, i orderded an iphone on the 12 of june and still haven't gotten my refund back. Their mobile telephone do not work they are scammers stay away do not trust they have a very poor customer services”

Although we generally ship orders within 5-7 working days, delays can occur due to the quality control checks, however, we do send an email to customers if they have been affected by any delays. “Ordered a phone that I needed ASAP! Delivery told 5-7 days. 1 month later and the phone has still not arrived. Contacted bank and luckily they are able to help with the issue. I have had one automated email from the company when I firstborn complained. The customer service is not bad, it is non existent.”
